Divorce is not a word in Jada Pinkett-Smith's vocabulary.

In the wake of Tuesday’s disputed In Touch Weekly report that she and hubby Will Smith are bound for splitsville, we've revisited this chat Jada had in 2009 with the nationally syndicated Bert Show, in which she makes her thoughts on divorce clear: It's not an option.

Jada, 39, was asked if it's a lot of pressure to maintain her idyllic Hollywood marriage: She admitted it is, but she's in it for the long haul regardless.

Jada said she told Will when he proposed to her, "Be clear, there is no divorce for me -- I'm not doing that -- so when you're asking me to get married, do know, that you might be sleeping in one bedroom and I might be sleeping in another, but we'll be in the same house!

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have not separated and a family member has exclusively told RadarOnline.com that they are still happily together.

"This is absolutely not true,” a family member --who did not want to be identified – exclusively told RadarOnline.com Tuesday about the rumors that the couple has broken up.

“No way are they splitting up. They are totally together and are not separating," the family member said.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith are not separating, according to Will’s son, Trey Smith.

Trey, 18, took to his Twitter account Tuesday morning after reports surfaced of his dad’s split to set the record straight, and RadarOnline.com has his tweets.

“Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE .. NOT TRUE AT ALL !!” Trey wrote.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have not been photographed publicly together since  July 20 when they went on a family vacation in Hawaii, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

A photo agency earlier Tuesday reported having pictures -- taken separately -- of Will and Jada staying at the posh Mandarian Hotel in Miami last Friday, but we've now learned the agency misidentified the woman as being the wife of the Men in Black star -- it is not Jada.

A source close to the situation tells us that the woman photographed was part of Will's entourage and that she stayed in a separate room at the hotel.

An unverified magazine report Tuesday claims that A-list star Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have separated after 13 years of marriage.

According to In Touch, an anonymous source said the Men In Black star and the A Different World beauty have made the decision to split, one sure to rock Hollywood to its' very foundation -- if it holds true.

The superstar couple has two children together, Jaden and Willow, both stars in their own right. Jada is also stepmother to Will's son, Trey, from a previous marriage.

Amid unconfirmed reports that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have split, RadarOnline.com can report that the superstar couple was in Miami last Friday, August 19.

The couple -- who’ve been married for 13-years -- was photographed separately at the same hotel.

Will was also photographed yesterday (Monday) driving in his car in Miami, but there were no new pictures of Jada that day, so we can’t say for sure she is still there.

Jada Pinkett Smith has a fabulous life with husband Will Smith and their beautiful and famous family, but the television star recently revealed that she had to make some difficult personal and career sacrifices along the way.

In the August issue of Redbook Magazine, Jada explains how she put motherhood ahead of her rock star dreams.

"I had to make choices," she tells the women's magazine.  "Believe me, I would still be on the road with my band Wicked Wisdom, and making as many movies as I can a year, and doing all sort of things if I didn't have the responsibility of a family."
