An article in a Hondurus newspaper claimed Smith was transferred by air to San Pedro Sula hospital, following a gun shot wound to the head.
RadarOnline.com spoke to Smith's rep and he denied the report saying, "This is not true. I spoke with her this morning and she is at her house in Beverly Hills".
Jaclyn has since Tweeted, "Jaclyn is safe and home with her family. She is not in Honduras. It is a lie."
The Honduran newspaper has now reported that it was Jaclyn's stunt double that was taken to the hospital.
Farrah Fawcett Is Laid To Rest: Details of the Touching Ceremony

Less than a week after succumbing to a long battle with cancer, Farrah Fawcett was laid to rest on Tuesday during a ceremony held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles.
Click here for more pictures of the ceremony
As the hearse bearing Fawcett’s body pulled up to the church, longtime love Ryan O’Neal (who was also spotted wearing what looked like a simple, gold wedding ring), best friend Alana Stewart, and a handful of men waited outside to receive her. Former fellow Charlie’s Angels Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson were also spotted entering the ceremony. Eight pallbearers brought her coffin- which was covered with a huge bouquet of orange, yellow and white flowers- into the church shortly before the church bells began to ring.
Her son Redmond was also on hand and read the first reading from the Bible (Lamentations 3: 17 - 26). Ryan read the second reading (Wisdom 3: 1- 9).
The program passed out at the ceremony was an ode to the icon's glamorous persona. On the cover of the pamplet, Fawcett- in a sequined dress- is shown giving a million-dollar smile to the camera as her trademark hair runs curly and free. Inside the cover the words of James Joyce set the tone for the somber event. From his quoted poem At That Hour:
Play on, invisible harps, unto Love,
Whose way in heaven is aglow
At that hour when soft lights come and go,
Soft sweet music in the air above
And in the earth below.
Angels Remember Farrah Fawcett

As word spreads of the untimely death of Farrah Fawcett, the blond bombshell’s former Charlie’s Angels co-stars are speaking out about their friend’s brave battle.
In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Jaclyn Smith said, “Farrah had courage, she had strength, and she had faith. And now, she has peace as she rests with the real angels.”
Cheryl Ladd, who replaced Fawcett on the hit ‘70s show also told RadarOnline.com, “I’m terribly sad about Farrah’s passing. She was incredibly brave, and God will be welcoming her with open arms.”
Fawcett, 62, died at 9:28 am PST on Thursday morning at St. John’s Medical Center in Santa Monica, Calif. Her long-time love, Ryan O’Neal and best friend Alana Stewart were among those by her bedside.
Fawcett is most known for her role as the sexy private investigator on Charlie’s Angels. But before that she was just another fresh face trying to make it in Hollywood.
Charlie’s Angels was produced by the late Aaron Spelling. His daughter, actress Tori Spelling, knew Farrah since she was a little girl.
In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Tori said: "Farrah was an inspiration to all and had the most amazing spirit. She was one of the kindest, sweetest, and funniest women I've had the privilege of knowing and I'm proud to have called her a friend. Her smile will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with her family
Meanwhile, Close friend and casting director Sheila Manning placed Farrah in her first acting job. In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Manning recalls, “The Farrah that I knew was innocent, sweet and much too nice for someone as beautiful as she was. I was delighted to cast her in her first job. Not surprisingly, it was a short film and she was in a bathing suit. She was a talented actress but mostly she was a kind, sweet girl on screen and off and I think that is what we will all remember.”
