New dad Jack Osbourne and his fiancée Lisa Stelly show off their first child Pearl on the cover of the new issue of Britain’s HELLO! Magazine with proud grandma Sharon Osbourne doing the honors of cradling the baby girl.

Pearl -- whose grandfather is rocker Ozzy Osbourne and her aunt is Kelly Osbourne -- was born April 24 in Los Angeles and weighed in at 8 lbs., 6 oz.

Jack Osbourne had his appendix removed over the weekend and RadarOnline.com has a photo the soon-to-be father tweeted from the hospital.
Jack, 25, lay in his hospital gown and bed next to fiancée Lisa Stelly with a message that read, "This is what you look like when you have has [sic] your appendix removed."

By Monday morning the Brit was feeling a little better and tweeted, "Man, high powered pain killers + radiohead = dangerous territory for me. I gotta get outta this hospital. This is getting to [sic] good."

Jack Osbourne on Tuesday grabbed a meal with his fiancée Lisa Stelly at La Scala, a swanky Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, and we've got the shots for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

The 26-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne wore a red plaid shirt, sunglasses and jeans. Stelly, with her baby bump in full view, wore a white shirt, jeans and sunglasses.

Jack told Piers Morgan he's "excited" and "a little nervous" about becoming a father. The baby is due in April.

Don't expect to see the baby's first steps chronicled on a reality show, however, as Jack says those days are long past.

It looks more like a scene from TLC’s cringe inducing new reality show The Virgin Diaries than the move of a renown Hollywood lothario!

But, Jack Osbourne is obviously proud of his prowess as he tweeted a decidedly awkward photo of him going “in for the kill” with his fiancée Lisa Stelly.

In the picture, captioned “Christmas tree makeout!!!” an open mouthed Osbourne looks more like he’s about to take a bite out of his fiancée than kiss her, as she grins, head turned at the camera.
