Jenelle Evans has called it quits with her Marine boyfriend, Gary Head, after publicly accusing him of battery and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that multiple friends witnessed the alleged domestic violence.

The troubled Teen Mom tweeted, “I’m very depressed. Me and Gary broke up for good,” on Sunday shortly before deleting her account, and two sources close to the reality star said they saw Gary hit her, causing her to end the relationship.

Troubled Teen Mom Jenelle Evans just can’t seem to stop causing drama, and while her volatile lifestyle is great for the show’s ratings, it’s hard for everyone involved in her life.

Now Star magazine, via RadarOnline.com, is exclusively reporting that the reality star is about to be hauled into court yet again, this time on charges of cyber stalking after her former boss, James Duffy, filed court papers Friday in response to damaging comments she made about him on her Twitter, Facebook and various entertainment websites.

Troubled Teen Mom Jenelle Evans is struggling to keep her life on the straight and narrow, but as she puts her legal troubles behind her she still isn’t seeking custody of her young son, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“Jenelle isn’t going for custody of Jace right now,” a source close to the North Carolina MTV reality star told RadarOnline.com about her decision not to try and get her almost three-year-old son back. 

“She’s trying to get settled in and live somewhere permanently, but she’s just been bouncing around lately,” the source explained.  “She’s not in a position to try and get Jace back.”

Troubled Teen Mom Jenelle Evans is starting to put her legal troubles behind her, but she still doesn’t have custody of her son - and she may not want it after all!

Jenelle’s mom Barbara has custody of her little boy Jace, and a friend close to her told Star magazine that even though she claims to want custody she may not be telling the truth.

“I don’t think Jenelle will ever get full custody of Jace,” the pal said.  “I don’t even think it hurts her.”

While Jenelle is “great with Jace,” the troubled teen is missing out on bonding with her little boy.
