"Of course I'm concerned about Blanket!" Rowe said outside a restaurant in Calabasas, Calif., on Thursday. "I am concerned about my children, who wouldn't be?"

Rowe is the mother of Jackson's eldest child Prince and his daughter Paris. According to published reports, Jackson's brother Jermaine's 13-year old son Jaafar purchased a stun gun and allegedly attempted to use it on Blanket. The Jackson family has denied that Blanket was ever in danger but the California Department of Children and Family Services continues to investigate.
