RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the 911 call made by the motorist who came across the wreckage following the car accident that claimed the life of former Boston Legal star Justin Mentell.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mentell died in Iowa County, Wisconsin Monday, after his Jeep plunged down an embankment and smashed into two trees. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 911 call begins when the motorist tells the operator he just came upon an accident "out in the country" around "Highway 39 and [inaudible] Road.
