With her outspoken, brash personality, Angelina Pivarnick's had plenty of beefs with her Jersey Shore roommates, but RadarOnline.com can report that at least one of the fiery brunette's ongoing feuds is coming to an end.

Pivarnick's buried the hatchet with designer Indashio after a nasty falling out that occurred in June when the designer said she hadn't returned a dress he'd loaned her for the MTV Movie Awards. (She eventually returned the dresses in July.)

MTV Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick and the designer who dressed her for MTV Movie Awards in June continue to be locked in a bitter dispute over the clothing. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned designer Indashio is threatening to sue the reality TV star.

“I plan on suing for my services as well as [sic] damanges to my business. Having my signature dresses on the [sic] industries biggest supermodels is priceless and you really ruined my show!” Indashio wrote in an angry e-mail to Angelina on July 21. Indashio was upset that he was unable to showcase the dresses at Style Week Jamaica, where he was slammed for closing his show with a line of casual shorts and tops rather than the glitzy creations he lent to Angelina.

“My clothes have never been [sic] calleed anti-climatic or casual!!! I  have been so [sic] devistated by this I cannot wait to have my day in court!” he wrote.

When Pivarnick finally returned the dresses, the designer claims they were dirty and also took aim at Angelina’s public comments regarding his clothes: “THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO TALK ABOUT MY DESIGNS TO THE MEDIA! IF [sic] SEQUENTS WERE POPPING OFF [sic]ITS CAUSE YOUR A FAT A** AND BROKE!” he added.  Angelina ended up choosing a tube mini dress that had a metallic animal print for her red carpet look at the awards show. The one of a kind dresses range from $495 in value to $1,200.

Indashio billed Pivarnick a total of $6,750 which covered a fitting fee, dry cleaning, late return fee, and “damages model” among other things.

Pivarnick’s rep Bryan Konoski sent an e-mail to Indashio asking him to cease and desist communication with Angelina and informing him that no payment will be rendered.

The reality starlet was given four dresses by celebrity stylist Indashio to walk the red carpet and attend after-parties. When she didn't promptly return them, a nasty public fight ensued.

Angelina swiped that the dresses were poorly made.  She also blamed an MTV staffer for not getting the dresses back in time.

"She got them all together Thursday and rushed them overnight express," Angelina's rep tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"Indashio was hounding her with multiple calls a day. She's relieved to have returned the dresses and to put an end to the constant phone calls."

Jersey Shore’s resident fashionista Angelina Pivarnick is fighting back against clothing designer Indashio, who is demanding she return dresses he lent her for the MTV Movie Awards last month.

“I was so excited when a fashion designer asked me to wear his line on the red carpet that I immediately said yes,” Angelina told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Soon Pivarnick received offers from major companies like Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana to wear their clothes at the trendy awards show.

But because she’d originally agreed to wear the independent designer’s clothes, she felt a certain sense of loyalty.

Unfortunately, she said, her fashion favor backfired.

“When I tried on the dresses, they didn’t fit well and they weren’t sewn properly," she said. "As I walked down the red carpet, sequins fell off! I was worried the dress might fall apart."

She was so concerned about the dress ripping that she had an MTV rep carry an extra one in case of emergency, which she never got back.

“The missing dress is part of the problem,” explained Angelina, who told us she plans on returning the whole collection as soon as she can get them all together.

“I really was hoping to get some publicity for the designer, which I did - I shouted his name out numerous times on the red carpet. And in return, I’m accused of stealing!”

“I have no interest in keeping the dresses. They’re really not my style – I’ll never wear them again, I only wore them because I didn’t want to disappoint him,” she confessed.
