However, Raymond May, a representative from Impact where Redmond is in residential treatment, told Judge Tynan that Redmond's lack of participation was because, "He did a massive amount of drugs for years and that stunted his emotional growth, and he is just coming out of that."

Tonight NBC brings us the American debut of a new take on an old tale with, Merlin! Now here in the US it’s not rare for networks to find a successful British show, bring it here, then recast and re-work it for an American audience, a la The Office. But this is the first time in over 30 years that a network is airing a British series completely as is, unchanged, uncut, un-recast… and I, for one, am thrilled! In the new, medieval adventure we meet the young, HOT, Prince Arthur (Bradley James). Yep, way before he becomes King Arthur, Prince Arthur is a spoiled, cocky teen who constantly battles with his mentor, Merlin. But here’s the catch! Forget about a bearded old dude! This Merlin, played by Colin Morgan, is also a young, sexy, mo-fo! When we meet the wash-board ab’ed wizard, Merlin must hide his magical powers while working as a manservant for Prince Arthur after his father, King Uther outlaws magic. Think Harry Potter, but with really, really hot guys! Woo hoo!
