To some, torture could easily be defined as a lack of fancy hotels and food deliveries. This seems to be the case with Spencer Pratt and his bride Heidi.
In a revealing chat with NBC's I'm A Celebrity... host Myleene Klass, RadarOnline.com has discovered the outlandish couple's misconceptions about the Costa Rican jungle, and what they'll be facing as they head back.
"He really genuinely thought this show was like the other reality shows," Klass marveled about Spencer, chatting with RadarOnline.com from set.
"There is no down time! What you see is what you get."
What reality couple got was drama from their costars, conditions far from the luxury of Los Angeles and missing dry shampoo.
"There is no living in a secret hotel where you get secret pizza delivered. You’re living in the jungle," said Klass.
She insists that the second time around, which could begin any day as Mrs. Pratt indicated via Twitter that the couple touched down in the jungle on Tuesday, they'll be ready.
"These are the kids from The Hills. They’ve got everything they could possibly want and they have a very good idea what they’re walking back into this time," Klass said.

Stephen Baldwin is going home.
The youngest of the famed Baldwin brothers, who says he's received more than 125 bug bites since filming of the show began a month ago, quit the NBC summer reality show Monday. He said that the cumulative bites he accrued in the Costa Rican jungle caused him to lose sleep and drop 22 pounds.
"I think it makes sense to stay if you want too be here -- I'm just not in that place," Baldwin said.

You can also look out for some presenters that we wouldn’t necessarily expect to see at a country music awards show, but can kinda get it, like actor Luke Wilson and American Idol’s Randy Jackson. And then we have some presenters that just make us go WTF?!, like Bill O'Reilly, Dancing With the Stars champs Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas... and rapper T-Pain! Now don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled to see them (O’Reilly maybe not so much), but seriously… T-Pain? WTF?!

Veteran Today Show weatherman Al Roker, on the heels of a testy showdown with reality TV staples Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, responded Tuesday to the couple's claims they felt attacked during their Monday appearance.
Roker defended his stance, saying he felt he was asking questions about the couple's constant publicity stunts.
"They are so unused to people asking them a real question," Roker said, "they don't know how to react."

Al Roker may have been thinking "I'm a weatherman... Get me out of here" while he was interviewing The Hills publicity magnets Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag Monday on the Today Show.
An aggressive Roker wasted no time in interrogating the pair who recently quit the NBC reality show I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here. The usually jovial Roker began the segment by asking them if they agreed with a recent review that they were "all that is wrong with celebrity." Pratt said the heel act he puts on is a play for the cameras, and that he aspires to be a hero in real life. Montag stood by her story that she fell extremely ill in the jungle, which eventually caused the couple's exodus from the show.

Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag left the Costa Rican jungle on Monday's edition of NBC's I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here -- again.
Pratt said Montag's recent hospitalization led to the decision. Montag said that her detainment in the Lost Chamber (a stunt that involves a room full of spiders and other insects) caused her to vomit "at least 15 times," which led to an ambulance taking her to the hospital. There, she was fitted with an IV, while Pratt dutifully stood by her side.

Spiedi lives to see another day on I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here, but the same can't be said for comedian Angela Shelton.
Shelton, one half of the comedy act Frangela, was voted off NBC's summer reality show by viewers Thursday night, while the peer jury was still out on the lovingly loathsome blond couple from The Hills.
