Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood started a fight with a complete stranger in an Indiana restaurant and it was caught on camera, Star magazine is exclusively reporting via RadarOnline.com.

In the still images from the video, obtained by Radar, the 21-year-old mother is seen scrapping with an unsuspecting patron at an Andersonville IHOP on November 18.

"She was drunk, and there was another girl in the restaurant who had been drinking too and apparently said something about Amber to her friend," a source told Star.

A third member of the National Guard -- a woman -- died overnight as a result of injuries she suffered at the hands of a crazed gunman who opened fire in an IHOP restaurant in Carson City, Nevada Tuesday morning.

In all, five people, including the gunman (who took his own life), were killed in the rampage, which also left seven others wounded.

Authorities are now trying to determine whether the gunman -- identified as 32-year-old Carson City resident Eduardo Sencion -- specifically targeted the group of National Guard personnel who were eating breakfast in the restaurant.

A crazed gunman opened fire just before 9 a.m. PDT at a Carson City, Nevada IHOP restaurant on Tuesday morning before turning the gun on himself, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

"There's seven in surgery either at Renown Medical Center in Reno and in Carson City," Chief Deputy Jack Freer said.

"The suspect did die of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. No shots were fired by law enforcement."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the pair had an IHop breakfast together in Philadelphia the morning after they'd both performed in a live Christmas concert.  At the time, Selena denied it was a romance, and compared their relationship to something more like brother and sister.
