Miranda Cosgrove has been spotted for the first time since her terrifying tour bus accident, and RadarOnline.com has the photo.

The singer and iCarly star was out on her Dancing Crazy Tour when horrifying incident occurred Thursday in Illinois.

Her bus was hit head-on by a tractor-trailer, leaving the 18-year-old -- who was sleeping on a couch near the front of the bus -- with a broken ankle.

Miranda's mother and the bus driver were also injured.

Miranda later tweeted that the accident had been "extremely scary" and was thankful everyone would be alright.

With her tour canceled, the superstar teen returned to Los Angeles Saturday evening, in a wheelchair with her leg in a cast.

Miranda Cosgrove broke her ankle when her tour bus crashed into a semi-truck Thursday morning, and RadarOnline.com has confirmed that she’s had to postpone the rest of her tour because of the injury.

The iCarly star was performing in the Midwest and police told RadarOnline.com that the accident happened at 4:30 am near Vandalia.

Her rep said there were five passengers on the tour bus and “at this time, we are told everyone will be fine.”

The singer, 18, has had to cancel her upcoming shows because of her broken ankle.

Michelle took the role in an effort to bring awareness to Joining Forces, an initiative that supports and honors U.S. Military families.

The First Lady played herself in the episode in which Carly Shay, played by Miranda Cosgrove, is upset because her Air Force colonel father is not at home on her birthday. Eventually, the First Lady saves the day, telling Carly how she is serving her country through her father, and pulling some strings so the two can chat online.

Michelle Obama is in Los Angeles Monday to tape an episode of the popular Nickelodeon show iCarly.

The First Lady will play herself in the episode in which the lead character, Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove), is sad because her Air Force colonel father is not at home on her birthday, Nickelodeon president Cyma Zarghami told the AP. Michelle will tell Carly how she is serving her country through her father.

“Regardless of your political affinity,” Zarghami said, “everybody cares about these families, so it just feels right."
