Attorneys for Michael Jackson’s Estate appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday morning in an effort to evict Alejandra Jackson and her four children, but RadarOnline.com has learned she refused to leave the compound and the case has been set for trial.
Alejandra is Katherine Jackson’s former daughter-in-law and has children with both Jermaine Jackson and Randy Jackson.

Brian Oxman, attorney for Joe Jackson, appeared in a California Appellate court Wednesday afternoon to present arguments as to why his client should be allowed to challenge the administration of Michael Jackson’s estate.
At issue is the November 2009 decision made by Judge Mitchell Beckloff, ruling that Joe wasn't an heir or beneficiary of his late son’s estate because the pop icon intentionally left him out of his will and trust.

Howard Weitzman, the attorney representing John Branca and John McClain, Special Administrators for the Estate of the late superstar Michael Jackson, released a statement Monday following Dr. Conrad Murray’s appearance in court.

“Sadly, today’s events are a painful reminder of Michael’s untimely passing last June 25 and the deep personal loss we continue to share with his fans, his friends, and especially his family and children,” the statement says. “We hope justice will be done. During the years the world was blessed to have known him, Michael chose to use his gifts and artistry to give people hope, to comfort those in need and to spread messages of unity and peace. Because of that legacy he left behind, we believe that in years to come Michael will be remembered far more for the remarkable things he did with his life than for the tragedy of his death.”

Judge Schwartz also placed limitations on Murray's medical practice, ruling that he can't use or prescribe any anesthetic or Propofol. He also barred Murray from giving any heavy sedation meds. Murray can prescribe anxiety medications. The limitations are in place anywhere Murray is licensed to practice.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Murray was arraigned Monday at LAX Court in Los Angeles and charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the the death of his former patient. Murray pleaded not guilty and was released on $75,000 bail.

Following the DA’s concerns that Murray may be a flight risk, Judge Keith Schwartz ruled that Murray's passport must be turned over, but didn't place travel restrictions within the US.

Murray is ordered to next appear in court on April 5th.

In court Tuesday Judge Mitchell Beckloff denied Joe Jackson's motion to contest the will or the executors, saying, "Joe Jackson doesn't have any interest in the estate, Michael Jackson didn't name him in the will or the trust."
Aunt LaToya Says Jackson Three Are in Therapy
Judge Beckloff said Joe Jackson could proceed with his allowance petition, and that is the only claim Joe Jackson has in regards to the estate. Family allowance motion for Joe Jackson will be heard on December 10th.
Joe’s attorney Brian Oxman told the judge," The executors discriminated against my client by not giving him an allowance and giving one to Katherine Jackson."

Oxman is contesting the will and the executors of the estate.

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Adam Streisand says, "Katherine Jackson wants the fighting to end, and end now. She wants to make money for the estate."
Judge Beckloff asked Oxman why they were objecting at this time. Oxman said that Katherine Jackson had reneged on a deal she made to the Jackson family to contest the executors and that is why Joe was taking this action. Oxman said, "Mrs. Jackson has reached some sort of deal with the estate, some backdoor deal."

Howard Weitzman, attorney for the executors and Adam Streisand said this was absolutely not true. Legal powerhouse attorney Howard Weitzman said, "Mr. Oxman doesn't have a clue. There was no deal or settlement between the estate and Katherine Jackson. Katherine Jackson did the right thing by dropping her objections. The estate can now proceed with business of the estate." Streisand said Katherine Jackson didn't object to Joe Jackson’s request to receive an allowance.
