Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was sentenced to three years in prison by a Texas judge on Monday, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant was found guilty in November of conspiring to launder corporate money – he illegally funneled $190,000 in corporate money through the Republican National Committee to help elect Republican to the Texas Legislature during the 2002 election. 

The three year prison sentence was on the charge of conspiring to launder money.
