Lindsay Lohan is covered in blood and holding a knife in a provocative new photo obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Don't worry, she hasn't murdered anyone and she probably isn't a vampire either, it's a new picture released by the innovative photographer Tyler Shields.

The 25-year-old star is shown in all her bloody gory, channeling Megan Fox from Jennifer's Body, holding a knife while she's drenched in the blood.

Lindsay Lohan didn't waste any time getting back into the swing of things. Just hours after her house arrest ended, Lindsay hit up a Hollywood hot spot for a night out on the town with her friends, and on her way out, she tripped and nearly fell as she made her way to her car.

Lindsay was released from home arrest mid-morning Wednesday and by 11 pm, the blonde bombshell was spotted in the swanky new hot spot Lexington Social House with a group of friends.

"Lindsay and her assistant and a bunch of friends were hanging out at the restaurant," an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. "She was sitting on the outdoor patio chain smoking and talking to some guys and girls about silly things, like what the perfect height was for a girl."

Lindsay's assistant handed her what looked to be sodas all night long, while she chatted away with her friends.

Despite hitting the town Wednesday night now that her house arrest has ended, Lindsay Lohan is planning a low-key birthday celebration this weekend.

The troubled starlet turns 25, on Saturday, July 2 and RadarOnline.com has learned that she is not going to be having her birthday party at a Hampton’s night club as previously arranged.

“Lindsay’s decided to lay low on her birthday,” a source close to the actress told RadarOnline.com.  “She wants to get as many hours of her community service done as possible because she couldn’t do any while she was under house arrest.”

The Mean Girls star has 480 hours of community service to complete as part of her probation, and she’s wasting no time, heading off with two boxes of muffins in tow.

Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan in court last week that she was guilty of “extremely poor judgment,” but it looks like she’s trying to change that perception by eagerly fulfilling her community service obligations.

Lindsay Lohan is completing her last day of house arrest at her rented townhome in Venice Beach, California, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

LiLo's bracelet will be taken off the starlet at her home, sometime Wednesday, a source tells us.

"Lindsay will have the ankle bracelet taken off sometime today. Lindsay is relieved to put this behind her," the source says.

Lindsay was ordered to spend time behind bars for violating terms of her probation. Jail overcrowding in Los Angeles enabled the Mean Girls star to serve her sentence at home.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled Thursday that it is fine for Lindsay Lohan to drink alcohol, but her father strongly disagrees.

"Regardless of whether she gets tested on not under home arrest any drinking at all is not good for Lindsay," Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com following his embattled daughter’s court appearance.

Concerned about the people who have been at her Venice Beach house during her home arrest, Michael spoke about seeing his daughter over Father's Day weekend.

Lindsay Lohan will complete her house arrest before her upcoming birthday, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A law enforcement source tells us: "Lindsay will complete her sentence on Wednesday, June 29. The ankle monitor will come off, and she will be officially released from custody."

Lindsay will have another reason to celebrate -- her birthday is on Saturday, July 2, and the Mean Girls star will be turning 25. Lindsay's spokesperson tells us: "I know Lindsay is hoping to spend her birthday with her family." Lindsay's sister Ali, and brother Michael have been visiting her while she is under house arrest.

Lindsay shot a commercial for an online shopping website over the weekend, and is expected to begin filming for the new Gotti biopic, starring John Travolta, later this year.

Lindsay Lohan has been under house arrest at her rented Venice townhouse since May 26, for violating terms of her probation, and RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting that the actress is now looking forward to fulfilling her community service and “giving back.”

Lohan was ordered by Judge Stephanie Sautner, as part of her sentence, to perform community service at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles.

"Lindsay is eager to resume her community service obligations, and will be returning to the Downtown Women's Center as soon as possible," Lohan's publicist Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com.  Lindsay is expected to be released from her house arrest in the next 10-15 days.
