While Casey Anthony flaunts her new life, love and even a puppy, the chief medical staffer who examined the body of her two-year-old daughter Caylee says that she is positive that the toddler was murdered.

"It was a homicide. Without a doubt," Dr. Jan Garavaglia tells Anderson Cooper on Tuesday's upcoming episode of Anderson when asked what she discovered from examining Caylee.

When questioned if she had come up with a scenario as to what happened, the forensic expert replied: "It doesn't matter, there was nothing I can scientifically prove. I don't ever guess.

San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore says the results of a second autopsy on Rebecca Zahau -- initiated by Dr. Phil McGraw, and broadcast on Tuesday -- revealed nothing new, calling the episode "nothing more than sensationalism at its lowest point.”

Following Tuesday’s program, which featured forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht giving medical results and theories on Zahau, who was exhumed for a second autopsy in the wake of her mysterious death, Gore said, "The family is only enduring more suffering from this insensitivity.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported,  Zahau's tragic death was ruled a suicide after her naked body was found hanged with her hands and feet bound at boyfriend Jonah Shacknai’s mansion on July 13. The death occurred just days after Shacknai’s 6-year-old son Max had a fatal accident in the home while under Zahau's care.

A top pathologist has slammed the ruling of suicide in the death of Rebecca Zahau, and stated that he is leaning strongly towards the cause of death being homicide.

Dr. Phil McGraw pledged to help get to the bottom of Zahau's mysterious death at her billionaire boyfriend's San Diego mansion by exhuming her body and performing a second autopsy — he aired the results of the examination on Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com has footage of the latest developments.

The documents state that Monica's sister Ferreira Burgos told authorities the couple had been arguing over Bruce's affair with a former colleague. The Mexican authorities confirmed the affair through emails they obtained.  Monica's sister said she had gone on a trip to Hawaii but "refused to allow Beresford [Bruce] to accompany them."

The lawyer for Michael Jackson's doctor Conrad Murray has admitted there will be no plea bargain in his client's involuntary manslaughter case.

"It simply won't happen," lawyer Ed Chernoff told RadarOnline.com, before a scheduled hearing Monday on a motion to suspend Dr. Murray's medical license, in addition to the criminal charges he faces in the death of Jackson.
