The heat between Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband Ojani Noa continues to simmer, as RadarOnline.com has obtained legal documents between their camps -- as well as a letter from Ojani himself -- all stemming from the racy tape Noa claims to possess of the American Idol personality from their honeymoon.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lopez unleashed her legal team on Noa to try to prevent the release of the tape.

UPDATE: Ojani has since told RadarOnline.com that he and Ed Meyer have split their business relationship.

Jennifer Lopez's first husband's, Ojani Noa's, business partner, Ed Meyer, has filed a motion in his ongoing legal battle with JLo concerning intimate home videos that Noa took when the couple was married.

Noa and Meyer have been ordered not to release the home videos and are prohibited from writing a tell all book about the failed marriage, due to a confidentiality agreement Noa signed at the time of his divorce from the superstar singer.

Jennifer Lopez has dealt ex-husband, Ojani Noa a legal setback in their ongoing battle over intimate home videos her first husband took of the singer when they were married.

A three justice state appellate court issued a unanimous decision on Friday which reversed the previous ruling of Judge William Fahey who said the actress could not force Noa or his business partner, Ed Meyer to resolve her complaint in arbitration.

Lopez has filed several lawsuits against Noa and Meyer. In 2009, Lopez sued the duo over their plans to make a movie incorporating the video footage which she alleges was titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.

Jennifer Lopez's home videos, that were allegedly stolen, were ordered to be turned over to her powerhouse attorney Jay Lavely, in court Wednesday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lopez has been battling to prevent release of the videos, which purportedly contain intimate footage of the singer and her now ex-husband Ojani Noa, taken during their brief marriage.

Noa's current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez was in possession of the footage J-Lo doesn't want released, but she claims that that the co-executive producer of a movie project featuring the footage, Ed Meyer, allegedly took the data drive, containing the videos, from her house without her permission.

The intimate home video that Jennifer Lopez has been battling over in court with her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, for years has allegedly been stolen, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Noa's current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez was in possession of the footage J-Lo doesn't want released, but she claims that that the co-executive producer of the project, Ed Meyer, allegedly took the data drive, containing the footage, from her house without her permission.

Vazquez's attorney, Cris Armentia, fired off a letter to Meyer, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, demanding he appear in court today and that he return the home video, or else.

Jennifer Lopez's lawyers are headed back to court on Monday for an unscheduled hearing and will be asking a judge to clarify "the scope of the preliminary injunction to be issued," concerning intimate home videos of J.Lo while she was married to first husband, Ojani Noa.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, while Noa cannot release the footage, it was ruled last week that someone else can publish it, as long as that person is not acting on behalf of Noa. Noa’s current girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez is now attempting to release the footage. The court has not yet decided whether Claudia Vasquez is acting on Noa's behalf.
