Mega Millions lottery winner Holly Lahti has let her estranged husband off the hook. She's waived her right to child support and medical expenses for their two daughters.

RadarOnline.com has learned that an Idaho judge last week ruled Joshua Lahti no longer has to pay support, a decision which was fully supported by his rich ex, who won a $190 million Mega Millions jackpot this past January.

Lottery winner Holly Lahti may have left one 'bad boy' in her life before she scooped up her $80 million Mega Millions win, but looks like she's found another, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The mom-of-two has been dating Idaho local Jonathan Aune who himself has had several run-ins with the law.

And Lahti's involvement with Aune could further muddy the claims to her lottery windfall as her estranged husband Joshua Lahti fights to get his share of her fortune.

Holly Lahti -- the Idaho mom who recently won half of a staggering $380 Mega Million lottery jackpot -- will not be taking her estranged, bad-boy husband Joshua back, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Meanwhile, a source close to the 29-year-old former bank clerk also tells us that Holly has fled her home in chilly Rathdrum, Idaho for a sunny vacation while she decides how to accept her massive cash windfall -- in a lump sum or in payments over 25-years.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Holly has taken her two daughters on vacation to a much warmer place than Idaho until she figures out what to do with all that money.

Holly Lahti, the 29-year-old mother of two who won half of a $380 Mega Million lottery jackpot, has an arrest record and her husband, Joshua Lahti has been arrested more than 15 times, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Both were arrested on January 6, 2003 for committing battery and their mug shots - obtained by RadarOnline.com - show Holly with a deep bruise under her left eye.

Joshua was also cited for violating a no contact order.

Married in 2001, Joshua and Holly were separated (according to the Associated Press) when her bad luck in marriage turned into good luck in the lottery as she became an instant millionaire and celebrity this week, bringing attention to their small hometown of Rathdrum, Idaho.

Joshua Lahti has spent years battling the law, now it looks like the law is going to help him collect $40 million!

Lahti’s estranged wife Holly Lahti won half of the $380 million Mega Million jackpot on January 4, and because the couple is not divorced yet, Joshua, who has a record of 20 arrests, likely will be entitled to half of her winnings. Her share of the jackpot should be $80 million after taxes if she takes it as lump sum.
