With all of Courtney Love’s money, you would think she could afford a proper manicure!

The hot mess Hole singer was out and about in New York City Tuesday night, glammed up in designer duds – but it was her nicotine stained, dirty nails that grabbed more attention than her leopard jacket and leather dress ensemble — and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Courtney Love nearly ate the pavement Friday night as she stumbled out of a Hollywood event.

The 47-year-old looked worse for wear as she left the W party at the Chateau Marmont but luckily had the aid of her driver and another man who caught her before she fell. She then buried her face in the driver's chest as the men half-carried her to her car.

It is unclear what look Courtney was shooting for from a style point of view, but it really doesn’t matter because it was a total fashion miss.

The Hole frontwoman wore a Lumberjack meets Lolita combo that was unflattering but also bizarre, as has been many of her outfit choices.

Courtney poured herself into a tight black leather mini dress and then covered it up with a large red and blue check shirt. Her make-up was overdone and she also appeared to have bruises on her legs.

As RadarOnline previously reported , Courtney turned up to the Young Adult premiere in NYC last month looking a white hot mess.

And she also told Details magazine late last year that she had taken over as Lindsay Lohan’s sobriety coach, a claim Lilo later denied.

Courtney Love decided to give her audience a little something extra -- actually two little somethings extra -- during a concert in Brazil on Sunday.

The femme rocker did an impromptu striptease during her performance at the Sao Paulo Music And Arts Festival!

She literally pulled down her tube top, one side at a time, as the audience cheered.

This isn't the first time Love wasn't exactly a pretty sight since landing in Brazil.

She arrived Friday with her hair askew and wearing a mismatched ensemble.

Unlike her last name, Courtney Love is not lucky in love.

The Hole lead singer has moved out of boyfriend Henry Allsopp’s grandiose London mansion and the two have split, RadarOnline.com has learned.

“She had moved in within a month of meeting Henry last November and made herself quite at home,” a source told the Daily Express newspaper.

“Most of the family were rather alarmed by how besotted he was and feared she had delusions of landing herself a title — she used to joke about becoming Lady Love.”

Courtney Love suffered minor burns to her hands after an early morning fire broke-out at her rented New York townhome, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The 46-year-old former Hole singer refused medical treatment after fire fighters rushed to the West Village property at 250 West 10th Street at 1:52 am after her drapes caught fire.

A spokesman for the New York City Fire told RadarOnline.com: “We can confirm that we attended a small fire at the location and the curtains were on fire. The owner had burns to her hands and refused medical treatment.
