Though costumes usually consist of the skimpy and scary, RadarOnline.com dove into star style for you adventurous bunch that want to dress as your favorite celebrity for Halloween! Take the following tips from these stars' actual stylists!
For Katy Perry, her style maker Johnny Wujek tells us that an essential element for Katy's look is "something over sized, like an oversized Ham costume."

All kidding aside, Perry is a huge fan of larger than life accessories. In the past year, she's performed riding giant bananas and tubes of lipstick. For a look like hers, pair a dark eye with big hair, girly looks with some pop culture references and tons of touches: bunches of fruit, dice or even your very own Russell Brand!
For the hard chic of Rihanna, her stylist Mariel Haenn told us there's a simple formula for being Ri, and it starts with "a structured shoulder, a rocker boot and a red lacquered lip."

From there, ladies make sure you cut or pin your hair into her pixy cut with exaggerated bangs with blonde accents. For a super-current Rihanna look, throw in a studded eye patch.

Given her tumultuous meltdown only weeks ago, Mischa Barton's turnaround has been nothing short of miraculous.

Whitney Houston's Music & Style Comeback!

Whitney Houston premiered tracks from her upcoming album, I Look To You, last week at the Mandarin Oriental in London and "The Voice" songstress is armed for a comeback (releasing her first recorded album since 2002) and more importantly, the Pop Diva is doing it clad in exquisite ensembles!
Not only did she unveil new tracks, but also dramatic artwork for her album. Proving she still has her fashion model style sensibilities, Houston shines in a single-shoulder silver and white striped Herve Leger dress, accessorized with fierce angular earrings and an elegant 'do.
In the second shot revealed, the multi-Platinum diva really shows her star style power, posing and smiling in a Carmen Marc Valvo pailette-detailed number.
Record sales and fan response will truly indicate if she's got the goods for a rebirth--but with the fashion like this, we'll always love her!

Swimsuit Style War: Lilo Vs. Paris Hilton

Press-craving millionaire frenemies Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan have both been spotted sporting super-expensive Herve Leger swimwear recently. So naturally, the question follows: who wore it better?
Getting an early start for her 23rd birthday (that's not until July) in Las Vegas over the weekend, Mean Girls star LiLo stepped out in a siren red Herve Leger bondage bandage bikini with clunky, black fringe platform sandals.
In Monte Carlo last month, the attention-clamoring socialite Paris posed for paps in a white halter bathing number, maximizing the ooh la la value of Leger's trademark cutouts. The heiress, in her typical head-to-toe color scheme style, accessorized with white shield shades, and a white and gold necklace.
Clearly, Herve makes the body-hugging 'come-get-me' swimwear for the girl that craves dangerous swimwear (and can afford a $900 two-piece).
While fashionista Paris riveted the French Riviera, Lohan's heavy heels made her just another Las Vegas loser (at least she's not the first!).
