New Year’s Eve will never be the same.
Dick Clark, the legendary music industry veteran and American Bandstand host, died on Wednesday morning in Los Angeles of a heart attack, Clark’s rep has confirmed.

The 82-year-old, who created the New Years’ Rockin’ Eve show back in 1972, reportedly suffered a heart attack after having a procedure done at St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica.
In 2004, he suffered a major stroke and subsequently handed over the reigns of his New Year’s Eve show to Ryan Seacrest.

Clark, who has been married three times, is survived by his current wife, Kari Wigton, as well as his three children.

Italian soccer star Piermario Morosini collapsed and died in the middle of a match today Saturday in front of a stunned crowd.
The 25-year-old Livorno midfielder had played for just over 30 minutes when he suddenly fell to the ground.
He was playing against rival team Pescara whose general manager Danilo Iannascoli told Sky Italia that the young player suffered “three cardiac arrests in quick succession.”

Fans and players were left devastated as they watched a defibrillator being used to try and revive Morosini but to no avail. He was pronounced dead when he got to the hospital, according to the AP.
Italian media are reporting that Morosini’s journey to the medical center was delayed because an unattended traffic police car that was blocking the ambulance’s path as it tried to leave the grounds. Authorities had to break the car window so the vehicle could then be moved.
Autopsy Shows Davy Jones Died Of Heart Attack

Davy Jones -- who shot to fame in the 1960s as a member of The Monkees -- died of a heart attack, according to his autopsy report.
The report obtained Thursday by The Associated Press shows the 66-year-old Daydream Believer singer had severe build-up in his arteries prior to his death on February 29 near his home in Indianatown, Florida.
Toxicology reports show there were no drugs in Jones’ system other than cannabinoids, a class of drugs that includes marijuana. However, the autopsy notes that played no role in his death.

The report also mentions some congestion in the actor/singer's lungs.
Jones is survived by his four daughters and wife Jessica.

The Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas certainly lived up to its name when a man suffered an apparent heart attack after eating the infamous 6,000-calorie Triple Bypass Burger, and RadarOnline.com has video of the ill-fated meal.
The gut-busting eatery makes no secret about how unhealthy their food is, and even warns customers about the dangers of their calorie-laden monstrosities with a sign that reads:

"This establishment is bad for your health."
In a video that has since gone viral, the tourist was eating at the Heart Attack Grill on Saturday night when he suddenly succumbed to the perils of his purchase and collapsed mid-meal from a suspected heart attack.

Michael Lohan is back home and resting comfortably after undergoing a heart procedure, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
RadarOnline.com spoke to Lohan from his Southampton, NY home on Thursday morning where he confirmed he had an angiogram and angioplasty to unclog blocked arteries.
“The doctors told me my arteries were 10-20 percent precluded but they were able to blow them out,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “I feel a little winded and a little out of breath, but I’m ok. They told me that inside, I have the body of a 30-year-old, but that I need to go on medication for stress. I’ve got to keep my stress down.”

Former President Bill Clinton was released from New York's Columbia Presbyterian Hospital on Friday, a day after the 63-year-old was admitted with chest pains which led doctors to open a blocked artery in his chest.
Clinton's cardiologist Allan Schwartz said the 42nd U.S. president could be working again by Monday and can expect to resume his active lifestyle as usual.

Former President Bill Clinton has been hospitalized Thursday in New York after suffering chest pains.
Clinton, 63, was transported to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan where it is reported he will likely undergo a “stent proceedure”.
Clinton underwent quadruple heart bypass surgery back in 2004 at the same hospital where he is now a patient.
Clinton had reportedly been suffering a cold and had been worn out following his recent trip to Haiti. According to a statement released by Douglas Band, a counselor to the ex-president, Clinton had two stents implanted:
"Today President Bill Clinton was admitted to the Columbia Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital after feeling discomfort in his chest.
"Following a visit to his cardiologist, he underwent a procedure to place two stents in one of his coronary arteries. President Clinton is in good spirits, and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery efforts."
