Kelly Preston was devastated when she lost her 16-year-old son Jett more than two years ago and reveals in a new interview that it was her faith in Scientology that helped get her through it.

“To be honest, [it was] the Scientology center. I don’t know if I would have made it through without it,” Preston, 48, told Health magazine in the September 2011 issue.

Preston and hubby John Travolta were vacationing in the Bahamas when Jett suffered a seizure and died on January 2, 2009. Since the heartbreaking tragedy, the couple has given birth to their new son, Benjamin, which Preston described as a blessing.
