Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart filed suit Wednesday against Gawker Media, LLC and journalist Mark Ebner over a video that shows the couple nude with former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche.

The suit alleges that Ebner brought the tape to Gawker, which posted it "on or about" August 17 of this year, violating the plaintiffs’ copyright.
The defendants were served with a takedown notice the same day the tape was posted but the lawsuit states, "In brazen disregard for Plaintiffs' legal rights and personal privacy, Gawker not only refused to comply...but went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy of the Video."

“Plaintiffs, who were partially and sometimes fully disrobed in the video, recorded it behind locked doors in Peniche’s bedroom,” according to the court papers.
The suit, filed by top Los Angeles firm Lavely & Singer, says the plaintiff's were damaged in excess of $1 million. It also says Dane and Gayheart registered the tape with the United States Copyright office and want a jury trial.

Ebner is accused of obtaining the video and giving it to Gawker. The tape, according to the suit, “as a direct consequence of Defendants’ despicable misconduct, is now available on countless other adult sites on the Internet.”

Katherine Heigl is adopting a baby this week, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The Grey’s Anatomy star is becoming a mom to a baby girl, a source tell us.
Heigl’s rep officially confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the star is adopting.
Heigl and husband Josh Kelley have wanted a baby for a long time, the insider said, and the adoption process has been in the works for at least six months.
The baby is from Korea. Her full name is Nayleigh and her nickname will be Leigh, RadarOnline.com learned. The baby is approximately 10 months old.
“She is thrilled,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. “She and Josh are so happy.”
The idea of adoption is nothing new for the actress, as she told USA Today two years that it's something she's "always planned."
"I'm done with the whole idea of having my own children," Heigl said.
"[It] doesn't seem like any fun. I don't think it's necessary to go through all of that."

Heigl is on leave of absence from “Grey’s” and starts filming the big-screen feature Life As We Know It next week.

With pregnancy rumors still running rampant, Penelope Cruz took in a quiet lunch at the Chateau Marmont with her best friend Salma Hayek on Wednesday. One special guest at the table? Hayek’s daughter Valentina who Cruz couldn’t help but dote on.
“Both ladies were gooing and gaaing over the baby. Very cute.” a source tells RadarOnline.com. Hayek, who looked gorgeous in a casual black tank top, looked on as Cruz spent time with Valentina. “She looked infatuated by the baby,” the source added. Is this a sign a stork is hovering over Cruz? Unfortunately her baggy gray t-shirt and jeans concealed any possible baby bump.
After Hayek and Valentina left, Cruz stayed to chat with a male friend. Also at the Chateau: Grey’s Anatomy’s Justin Chambers.

The lovely Katherine Heigl and her pup, Romeo, enjoy a moment at the Peter Alexander boutique benefit. The Grey’s Anatomy star has four pooches, Weezer, Stella, Romeo, and Piper but apparently new hubby Josh Kelley has said “No More!” We’re sure if she adopts another Schnauzer he couldn’t tell though. (ALL her pets are rescues, btw.)

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart decided to “get out of Dodge” Friday afternoon. They left their Hollywood Hills home with their two dogs and several suitcases – perhaps to escape the constant scrutiny they’ve been under since their nude video surfaced.

A little controversy about a naked video isn’t enough to get Eric Dane down. A source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the actor was in an “unusually good mood” on the set of Grey’s Anatomy on Tuesday.

“Eric is in a great mood on set today, he’s been chatting on the phone non-stop, all smiles,” the source told RadarOnline.com.
Dane was featured in a homemade video featuring his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche. Though he was naked (talk about McSteamy!), the footage was benign in comparison to other so-called celebrity sex tapes. With his career in full throttle, it seems Dane is letting the incident roll off of his back.

The best of hour of comedy is The Office followed by 30 Rock on NBC. Tonight guarantees not to disappoint! On The Office, Jim and Pam return from their honeymoon and find out the big news—Michael is dating Pam’s mom! Oh how we can’t wait for Michael to start referring to Pam as his daughter . . . you know it’s gonna happen! And then on 30 Rock, Will Arnett returns as Devin Banks—Jack’s (Alec Baldwin) hilarious rival.
T.R. Knight: Leaving Grey’s Isn’t Easy

It’s official. T.R. Knight, a.k.a. Dr. George O’Malley, is leaving Grey’s Anatomy.
On Friday, June 19, Knight released a statement explaining his decision: “Leaving Grey’s Anatomy was not an easy decision for me to make. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to play this character and will miss my fellow cast and crew very much. I continue to wish them the very best, and wholeheartedly thank all of the fans who have supported me and the show with such passion and enthusiasm.”

Are there any shows NOT ending tonight???
Tons of season finales this evening, including a two hour Grey’s Anatomy. Now, of course, the big question buzzing around the hot doc soap all year has been, will we lose two of our fav doctors to disease and perhaps an unfortunate accident? After Katherine Heigl (Izzie) whined about the writers, and real life BFF, T.R. Knight (George) declared he was fed up with Seattle Grace, we all wondered if the show’s creator, Shonda Rhimes would kick her ungrateful kids to the curb! It certainly seemed that way this season as mama Rhimes gave Izzie a bad case of cancer, but rumor has it, (SPOILER ALERT!) she may just have been teaching the actress a lesson and will give her another chance by curing her tonight! However, things may not look as good for George, with tonight’s finale hanging him off a big cliff! Will he survive to see another season? Well that story line will depend on this summer’s contract negotiations! George! Don't go!
The fifth season finale of The Office coincides with the show's 100th episode, and Dunder Mifflin will celebrate with a very eventful company picnic! Now in case you were hoping to see Jim in a dickie and Pam dressed in white by the end of the season, you’ll have to hold on to your wedding gift a little longer, possibly until the sixth season premiere next fall!
