The colorful bash was held at the historic Grauman's Chinese Theatre with an after-party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Twilight stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are being immortalized Thursday at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre In Hollywood, and RadarOnline.com is live streaming the event, starting at 10am PT/1pm ET.
