As stars Giuliana and Bill Rancic prime to become parents for the first time via a gestational surrogate, Bill says that "the wheels are in motion" for them to have a second baby in the same fashion.

Bill says in a published report that he and his wife "already have the plans in the works,” while Giuliana's gushing, “Everything is looking great, and we’re thrilled!

Just a day after the world learned that Giuliana and Bill Rancic are expecting a child via gestational surrogate, we've got a clip of the celebrity couple receiving the life-changing news, as featured on their Style Network hit, Giuliana & Bill.

In the clip, the couple -- who've been very open about their struggle to have a baby -- scramble to contact their doctor when they realize they both missed calls from him.

Now that E! personality Giuliana Rancic has the upper hand in her battle with breast cancer, she and husband Bill are back to focusing on a goal they set before she underwent a double mastectomy in December: having a baby.

"We are definitely having to explore other options," the red carpet staple, flanked by her Apprentice winner hubby, said on The Today Show Monday. "We absolutely want a child. As far as getting pregnant myself, with the medication I'm starting ... it's probably not going to happen any time soon.”

The red carpet staple admitted that there were tough times in the wake of the surgery, getting used to her new body.

Giuliana Rancic, two weeks after undergoing a double mastectomy, returned to work on the set of E! News Tuesday.

"It is so good to be back after two weeks since my surgery," Rancic, clad in a mini-dress, told viewers. "Thank you so much for your love, support and prayers."

In a statement she released via the network's website, Rancic wrote, "It feels great to be back at work.

“I wasn't sure whether I was going to return to E! News this week or after the new year. The last thing I wanted to do was rush my recovery."

Giuliana Rancic, who announced she’s battling breast cancer in October, told the Today Show on Monday early treatments were ineffective, so she’s going to have a double mastectomy.

“Instead of radiation, I’m going to go ahead and move forward,“ Rancic -- flanked by her husband Bill -- told Ann Curry about the procedure, in which both of her breasts will be surgically removed.

Rancic, who’s been public about her desire to have a child, said alternative treatments would have put her into early menopause, but that’s not the factor spurring the bold decision.

Giuliana Rancic is bravely battling breast cancer in the public eye and she’s speaking out now to assure fans that she’s doing well.

"I'm good. I'm hanging in there. I have good days and bad days, but so far so good,” the E! News host told Parade magazine in a new interview.

Diagnosed in August, she quickly had a double lumpectomy and returned to work just a week after the surgery.

TV personality Giuliana Rancic, who announced she’s battling breast cancer on Monday, put on a brave face as she walked in New York City with her husband Bill.

Rancic, who wore an elegant green dress, tweeted inspirational messages such as, "To whom much is given, of him shall much be required. -Luke 12:48 Send me ways u are giving back today and I will share them here..."

The E! Style Network host, 37, said doctors discovered a tumor during while giving her a mammogram during the in-vitro fertilization process she's been undergoing in hopes of becoming pregnant. Rancic said doctors gave her a good prognosis on her chances of beating the deadly disease; She'll undergo surgery this week, to be followed with a six-week radiation program.

Giuliana Rancic told On Air with Ryan Seacrest Monday her food feud with LeAnn Rimes was "blown out of proportion."

It all began on August 30, when Rancic told The Huffington Post she thinks the How Do I Live singer “lost a lot of weight from all the stress in her life” and “seems a little thin right now and... looks great when she's a bit curvier."

Rancic, who's slated to open an Italian restaurant in Chicago with her husband Bill, said she was asked by The Huff Post, "What celebrity would you like to feed who you think is really skinny right now?"

Giuliana Rancic is not one to backpedal.

The super-skinny entertainment journalist, who has come under fire herself for her teeny tiny frame, held firm in her opinion that singer LeAnn Rimes would look better if there was more of her to look at, despite a testy stream of tweets from the singer.

"I don't see anything wrong with pointing out that someone looks good curvier," the Chicago-based stunner told her home network of E! on Wednesday. "There's nothing hotter than a girl with some curves. I wish I was a curvy bombshell! ... trust me!"
