Bill Rancic is turning the Big 4 -0, and his wife Giuliana wants everybody to know about it.

The reality TV pair -- they star in Giuliana & Bill on the Style Network -- settled into the Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo for an afternoon with friends.

They ate Bill's favorite cake, vanilla sponge with peanut butter cream filling, and drank mojitos.  Bill was treated to a poolside massage from the resort's Canyon Ranch SpaClub, and then it was off to dinner at Lavo.
