Stars were busy on Thursday night from coast to coast, hitting the red carpet of the AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards, the FIFI Fragrance Awards and the Wildlife Conservation Society Gala. While Emmy Rossum looked ready to walk down the aisle, in a gorgeously feathered Marchesa bridal gown at the Wildlife Conservation Society Gala in NYC, Cher hit the red carpet of the AFI Awards in Los Angeles, experiencing a major fashion disaster!
The legendary singer looked like she was dressed by the gypsy’s, wearing an embellished vest over a sheer shirt, which looked like it had been eaten by moths, with a long skirt and orthopedic looking sandals. Natalie Portman looked fantastically fem in a lace strapless mini, which she paired with bowed shoes and a handbag, as did Calista Flockhart, who grabbed attention in a powerfully printed gown.

Kim Kardashian got all dolled for the FIFI’s in an embellished Zuhair Murad strapless gown, which flaunted her famous curves, where Sophia Vergara looked super sexy in a lowcut bandage gown.

If diamonds are a girls best friend, then designer duds come second... Chopard celebrated 150 Years Of Excellence on Thursday night with a glam gala in NYC, inviting all of their famous best friends! Gwyneth Paltrow stunned in a nude Antonio Berardi floorlength, which featured a black lace overlay, while Christina Ricci wore a traffic-stopping, vintage Galanos gown, hautely hued in Kelly Green.

Kate Hudson was a bit of a disappointment, wearing an awkwardly draped, purple Lanvin number, which unflatteringly gathered at the side. Also in Lanvin was Claire Danes, who opted for a gorgeous Grecian style, one-shouldered number, which was belted in beige.

NYC’s hottest supermodels, socialites and starlets showed up to the 7th Annual New Yorkers for Children Spring Dinner Dance on Thursday night, where they showed off their glam, glam glam style in fierce formal wear. Emmy Rossum looked seriously sexy in lacy, nude, bustier mini and Christian Louboutin heels. Her one mistake? The young star wore WAY too much makeup, which she definitely didn't need.

Whitney Port tried out a new look, showing up to the event in a much too sophisticated, platinum floorlength gown, while Olivia Palermo’s head barely peeked out her constructed Ports 1961 number.
