The prime suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba has been arrested in their home state of Maryland for indecent exposure, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Gary Giordano 51, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, was charged with indecent exposure on May 18 at 5:45 p.m. in Annapolis after police officers caught him red-handed and nude allegedly having “sexual activity” in a public parking garage in broad daylight.

Robyn Gardner should have been at home on Monday celebrating her 36th birthday with her loved ones, but tragically the fate of the Maryland woman remains a mystery eight months after she vanished in Aruba.

“We always did something special like go out for dinner or on a romantic trip for her birthday,” Robyn’s heart-broken boyfriend Richard Forester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"What did you do with Robyn? Answer me a**hole," Forester wrote on the Facebook page dedicated to finding Robyn.

"Your ambulance chasing lawyer doesn't scare me at all and you are a slime ball coward. Speak up! You looked like a lying fool."

Gary Giordano's lawyer Jose Baez and Richard Forester were embroiled in a bitter standoff on Fox's Geraldo At Large on Sunday, when the defense attorney warned the distraught boyfriend not to do anymore interviews because he was "walking a fine line in terms of a defamation suit."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, authorities arrested 50-year-old Giordano as he tried to leave Aruba in August, after he reported Gardner, 35, had disappeared while snorkeling August 2. After a series of searches over four months, neither Gardner's body or any related physical evidence was recovered, spurring a judge last week to order Giordano freed.

Gary Giordano tried to silence his critics with another interview Sunday morning. He and his attorney Jose Baez were back on Good Morning America with more details about what he says happened the day Robyn Gardner disappeared in Aruba.

Giordano is still insisting Robyn disappeared while they were out snorkeling, and took on those who've said he doesn't appear "emotional enough" about his friend's apparent death.

"I personally feel like I'll see her again, it seems," Giordano said.  "I haven't come to grasps that she has gone."

Aruban authorities still call Giordano a suspect in Gardner's August 2 disappearance, but no charges have been brought against him and a week ago a judge ordered him released from custody.

Gary Giordano is revealing new details about the events surrounding the mysterious disappearance of his travel companion, Robyn Gardner, who vanished while the couple were on vacation together in Aruba.

The two were snorkeling, according to Giardano, when Robyn was swept out to sea never to be seen again, something Aruban officials don't believe, claiming instead that the young woman is dead.

Giordano told Dateline in a televised interview that will air Friday on NBC, that he realized the two were getting in deeper water during their “snorkeling trip” and he tried to signal to Gardner to return to shore.

Richard Forester -- the boyfriend of missing woman Robyn Gardner -- told Good Morning America Friday he thinks human trafficking might explain the 35-year-old's vanishing, echoing the sentiments of her traveling partner Gary Giordano, the sole suspect in the woman's disappearance in Aruba last summer.

That said, Forester does feel Giordano should be held accountable for her disappearance.

Forester said that "the human trafficking [is] something I've been thinking about the entire time, since day one" after Gardner vanished this past summer while snorkeling on the island.
