Tila Tequila claims a photographer she has a three-year restraining order against has violated the terms of the order and took him to court Friday in an attempt to get him arrested for contempt, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Although the pint-size reality-TV star wasn’t present in court, sources tell RadarOnline.com her attorneys were there to represent her and brought an email from photographer Garry Sun, written to Tila, to prove he’d been contacting her.

“You win, I know what you’re trying to do,” the email read.

“Go ahead and report me to the police and have me arrested.”

Tila Tequila is being sued for causing a Los Angeles photographer "emotional and physical distress" and "humiliation", RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The former reality TV vixen was granted a three-year restraining order against paparazzo Garry Sun in November.

But in a cross-complaint filed in a Los Angeles court, Sun has ratcheted up his bizarre claims that Tila kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, Shyla Jennings.

"Jennings told Sun that within five minutes, four men walked into her house and told her that she would be going 'somewhere' with Tila Tequila," the photographer's declaration says.

Most of the photos show Tila sporting a short bob cut, with one of her as a pre-teen strumming on a guitar nearly the same size as her, confirming that she's always been pint-sized.

Tila Tequila was granted a three-year restraining order against photographer Garry Sun Friday morning, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Tila appeared in a Los Angeles courthouse to plead her case on Friday, restating everything that was in the original TRO she had filed.

Sun failed to show up on time to defend himself, eventually arriving after the case had been called and the judge had already granted the restraining order to Tila.

Tila Tequila has filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles photographer and former employee Garry Sun for defamation, breach of written agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In court docs filed in Los Angeles Superior court, Tila claims that Sun made defamatory comments about her, specifically "Tila had sent several men to kill me in my home, they went to my house, and my parents house looking for me. This is federal kidnapping were talking about, she's facing in excess of 30 years -- the minimum is 15."

Sun claimed that Tila kidnapped his current girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, in Texas and committed numerous federal crimes including conspiracy, hostage, kidnapping, extortion, assault and battery, and terrorist threats.

A former employee of Tila Tequila who is entangled in a legal battle filled with wild accusations has produced a romantic birthday card that he says she sent to him. If legitimate, the card would prove Garry Sun’s claims that he was romantically involved with Tila, which would make their ongoing legal battle even more bizarre.

Tila has denied being in a romantic relationship with Sun, a former employee. Sun accused Tila of trying to kidnap his girlfriend. He attempted to file a restraining order against her but it has not been signed off by a judge. Tila then was granted a restraining order against Sun.

“The picture of the angel in front of this card, was that little girl in Texas who layed [sic] dreaming of the day she would find someone like you,” the card reads inside. Sun says Tila wrote those words. The card, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, is dated June 22, 2010.

Tila Tequila was granted a restraining order against her kidnapping accuser, Garry Sun, on Friday by the Los Angeles Superior Court and RadarOnline.com has the documents.

Tila filed the paperwork under her given name, Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, and according to the documents Sun is ordered to stay at least 10 yards away from her; including her home, her workplace and her vehicle.

“Garry Sun is a highly dangerous paparazzi who tried to hurt me and make highly false allegations against me,” Tila told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“I hope that he will never work in this town again so that he won’t be able to do this to other celebrities or anyone else for that matter!”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sun filed a TRO against Tila on Tuesday after accusing her of kidnapping his girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, from her Texas home earlier this month.

Sun’s request for a restraining order was not approved by a judge and RadarOnline.com was unable to find any evidence of a kidnapping.

“I’m happy that the judge saw through his crazy lies and has granted me a restraining order against Garry Sun!” Tila said.

According to Tila, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office is attempting to serve Sun immediately and a court hearing is scheduled for November 12.

“Next up will be a lawsuit for defamation and slander!” Tila told RadarOnline.com.

He also claimed that she was trying to destroy his credibility “since there is no witness” to what he alleges she did. Garry added: “Tila and I were unfortunately dating... Biggest mistake of my life.. which i have plenty of evidence to prove, and discredit her lies of sexual harassment.”
