Michelle Obama is transitioning from First Lady to author, and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek of the cover of her first book, American Grown: How the White House Kitchen Garden Inspires Families, Schools and Communities.
The Obama’s changed the way they eat a few years ago when their pediatrician became concerned with their daughters’ Body Mass Index (BMI), and the book will detail how they got rid of sweets, processed foods and juice boxes, according to iVillage, who were the first to get Michelle’s book cover.
“It was really we just substituted real food for processed food,” Michelle said at the White House. “That was really the major difference. So grape juice was actually juice from a grape,” she said to laughter, “which was pretty cool."
