David Carradine’s third ex-wife, Gail Jensen Carradine, has died after a long bout with alcohol-related health issues, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Jensen, 60, passed away late last week in a Fresno County, California, hospital after falling and hitting her head.

Kung Fu star David Carradine was laid to rest on Saturday evening, with a memorial attended by hundreds at Burbank, CA's Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
In what one source told RadarOnline.com was a "celebration of life," the Hollywood community joined people from all walks of life in remembering the Kung Fu star.
During a three-hour ceremony kicking off at 5:45 p.m., a large crowd gathered to remember the actor who died weeks ago in a Thai hotel room.

Gail Jensen Carradine has revealed yet another side of her ex-husband, the late David Carradine: in addition to kinky bedroom habits and kung fu conspiracies, Jensen said the actor has serious anger issues.
"If he was mad about something, there'd be a hand through the window," Jensen told RadarOnline.com of the actors temper.
Jensen said Carradine would break thing on purpose around their home to blow off steam, and that she'd sense sudden shifts in his mood.

Gail Jensen Carradine tells RadarOnline.com that she believes a decades-old grudge turned conspiracy is responsible for the death of her ex-husband David Carradine.
In an exclusive interview, Jensen maintains that Carradine, while fond of tying himself up, would never intentionally hurt himself. She believes that followers of late action star Bruce Lee had a hand in David's demise, as well as Chinese mafia group The Tong.

"I'm telling you he was a good man, and I don't believe any of this stuff. And I think he was set up," she tells RadarOnline.com.
"I can't use the word 'murdered' because that would be my word but...this was set up, this is fowl play."

Jensen also touches on Carradine's deep loneliness, and what she's always suspected as bipolar disorder in the actor.
