Hollywood hailed the chief when President Barack Obama rubbed elbows with the crème de la crème of show biz Thursday night at a star-studded fundraiser hosted in a tent at George Clooney's Los Angeles home, and we've got all the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

When four-year-old Alexandria Hauser was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Thanksgiving Day it affected everyone in her life, but her mom exclusively tells RadarOnline.com it's her “babygirl's positivity” that's keeping everyone strong.

Katie Hauser, a single mother of two from Long Beach, California, explains the chemotherapy, surgery, head shaving and so on that her daughter has already endured -- and what the future holds for them.

"Alexandria was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Thanksgiving Day. We were told it 'seemed like' a Wilms' tumor, which is one of the most common cancers for children; kidney cancer. After many tests the diagnosis was confirmed," Katie told RadarOnline.com.

The mother of Lauren Scruggs -- admitting she is a “bit tired” -- thanked the public Thursday for their ongoing support in the recovery of the 23-year-old model/fashion blogger who was badly injured December 3 when she walked into a spinning plane propeller outside of Dallas, Texas.

In her latest post on the website Caringbridge.org (where the family is collecting donations towards Lauren’s medical bills) mother Cheryl wrote, “The kind words are so encouraging.......

“Your tender words and encouragement mean so much. A bit tired to write tonight.........but simply continue to ask for your continued prayers.”

A fundraiser Tuesday night at a restaurant in Plano, Texas raised more than $10,000 for Lauren Scruggs, the 23-year-old model/fashion blogger who was severely injured December 3 after walking into a live plane propeller about 30 miles away from Dallas.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Scruggs suffered injuries to her entire left side - including losing her left hand and eye - in addition to a fractured skull, a broken left collarbone and brain injuries, as a result of the tragic incident.  

"It is truly a miracle to think to how far she has come in such a short amount of time," her pal Janee Harrell told ABC News. "Her mind and her outlook and her spirit is amazing … her beauty is truly from within."

With his jacket off and his shirt sleeves rolled up, the President greeted the excited customers in the restaurant, according to the pool report.

He shook hands with a young boy who reportedly said: "I’m never going to wash my hand again,” and watched the President make the rounds in the restaurant.

Skate parks and skateboards were all the rave this weekend in Los Angeles!

The Tony Hawk foundation held its eighth annual "Stand Up for Skate Parks" fundraiser event at billionaire investor Ron Burkle’s exclusive Green Acres Beverly Hills estate on Sunday, and RadarOnline.com was on the red carpet.

The foundation funds and oversees the building of skate parks in low income areas to better the community. The celebrity guests and their families were greeted by goody bags that included mini DUB cars and back packs to carry into the event.  In all the fun, a life sized LEGO Darth Vader joined in to help usher in the guests.
