Out on Friday with a girlfriend, Sarah Michelle Gellar's lunch for two could become a party of three any second--give the size of her baby bump!
This is the first child for Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze, Jr.
After the little one arrives, Gellar will likely jump back into work on her HBO pilot The Wonderful Maladies, about three neurotic siblings in New York City.
Prinze Jr., a WWE contributing writer and personality, joins the cast of Fox's 24 this season.

She maybe about to give birth to her first child, but Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar still found time to take her dog to the vet.
Gellar and her hefty pooch Tyson visited the doggy doctor close to her home in Toluca Lake, California, with the actress showing off her considerable baby-bump.
The 32-year-old star has remained tight-lipped about the actual due date but she has already had a baby-shower hinting that it is not very far away.
