Former Hills star Jason Wahler has been jailed after being booked on an assault and minor drinking charge, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Wahler, 22, who used to date his co-star Lauren Conrad, was booked in Seattle on September 25, 2009 at 12: 05 PM before being transferred to Yakima County Jail four days later.
He gets fired from latest film project
A Seattle court official told RadarOnline.com: “He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior.”
A spokesman from Yakima County Jail said the troubled actor was inside their facility after he was sentenced by a judge.
Earlier this year Wahler called off his engagement to tennis player and socialite Katja Sadowski.

Wahler was out at the Ocean Avenue Brewery in Laguna Beach when he got into an altercation with the bouncer. An officer with the Laguna Beach police explained the incident to RadarOnline.com: “We went there on a report of a guy fighting with the bouncers. We found Jason Wahler intoxicated on the street. The bouncer said that Wahler tried to exit the bar with a drink in his hand and the bouncer told him he could not do it. Wahler responded by shoving one of the bouncers. Somehow he got back into the bar a few minutes later. The bouncers again told him to leave the bar. Wahler took off his shoes and he threw it in the direction of the bouncers, but hit some patrons instead. He also punched one of the bouncers in the eye. They ejected him from the bar again.” The police then arrested Wahler for public intoxication and battery.
Wahler was released on Tuesday morning “after he slept off his intoxication.”
This isn’t Wahler’s first run-in with the law. His addictions became public following a brief stint on MTV’s The Hills, in which he co-starred alongside then girlfriend Lauren Conrad. Following his departure from the show, Wahler was arrested twice for various charges including underage drinking and assault. He spent time in jail and eventually went to rehab.
Last month, RadarOnline.com reported exclusively that Wahler had been fired from the film Five Good Years for “personal problems.” According to a source close to the film, Jason was still battling demons.
“Jason was let go from the project because of his behavior,” a well placed source close to the film told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Jason was given a very good opportunity to change his image, but because of his personal problems, it just didn’t work out.”
At the time of his current arrest, Wahler still had 11 days left on his probation stemming from a drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade back in 2007.

Lauren Conrad’s ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler, just can’t seem to get his act together. The former Laguna Beach star was fired from the film he was set to star in due to “personal problems” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“Jason was let go from the project because of his behavior,” a well placed source close to the film said.
The troubled actor, 22, was in pre-production for Five Good Years, to be shot in Detroit. The insider told RadarOnline.com that Wahler wowed executives at FourTwoFive Films and they hired him without even auditioning. However that all changed within a few days.
In an exclusive statement from the project's director, Bruce Reisman, he tells us "FourTwoFive Films did not proceed in formalizing our “offer” with his management as a result of any drug or alcohol problem."
"I did not, ever, witness his being inebriated or on-drugs, either in a social or professional environment."
Black does admit, however, that he and staff "experienced first-hand behavior form Jason that was not conducive with FourTwoFive Films' expectations."

“He’d say, ‘I’ll meet you at this place at this time,’ and then he wouldn’t show up,” our source said. “He’d say, ‘Oh I was in Arizona’, when in reality he was in LA all along.”
“Jason was given a very good opportunity to change his image,” the source added. “He has tremendous potential to be a major star."
Wahler’s manager was not immediately available for comment.
