In celebration of National Puppy Day, RadarOnline.com is sharing the heartwarming story, and video diary, of a poor abandoned pooch rescued from a South Los Angeles trash can.
The terrified white pup was found cowering in a corner among a mass of trash, old brooms and a basketball by rescuers, who realized straight away that she was blind so they allowed her to smell them before getting too close.
