David Arquette’s ex-mistress Jasmine Waltz is slamming reports that she shopped her now released sex tape to Vivid Video a year ago, calling the accusations “impossible.”

Furthermore she accuses the adult entertainment company of using her name just to garner publicity, as they did, she alleges with Casey Anthony.

The woman who David Arquette admitted to having an affair with is speaking out about the sex tape she starred in and RadarOnline.com has all the details of the just released adult video.

Jasmine Waltz, a 31-year-old aspiring actress, had sex with Arquette in 2010 after he and his wife Courteney Cox split-up.

She said she was unaware that the tape had been given to an adult film company by a third party, but defended herself, telling RadarOnline.com: "I'm not ashamed of my actions I just want control of the situation."
