The producers of the hot new show The Vampire Diaries defended their young stars in a video interview with RadarOnline.com and say the actresses are innocent of charges that caused a recent run-in with the police.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola, Kayla Ewell and Sara Canning were all dragged to police headquarters and forced to post bond for disorderly conduct after cops received a complaint that they were flashing motorists in Forsyth, Georgia in August.
