Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke and her husband David Charvet have settled a case in which they were accused of "knowingly" purchasing stolen items, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Burke and Baywatch star Charvet were among 30 people being sued for buying stolen merchandise from Euroconcepts, Inc. employee Zalfa Halaby.

"The respective parties are satisfied with the settlement," Sanford M. Passman, attorney for Euroconcepts, told RadarOnline.com.

The woman accused of selling tens of thousands of dollars of stolen furniture "out the back door" and funneling it to Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke is closing in on a plea deal, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Burke and her Baywatch husband David Charvet are two of 30 people being sued for buying stolen merchandise from Zalfa Halaby.

The pair deny any wrongdoing, as RadarOnline.com previously reported.

Burke was questioned in the theft case and it was all caught on video.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Burke and Charvet are named in a lawsuit which accuses them of buying $70,000 worth of 'hot' appliances for their Malibu home in 2007 from EuroConcepts, a high-end Los Angeles design showroom, headquartered inside the Pacific Design Center.

In a statement sent to RadarOnline.com, Burke's attorney Marty Singer - who did not represent Burke in the lawsuit - adamantly denies the allegations against his client.
