Oksana Grigorieva sat down for her first television interview since her split with Mel Gibson and revealed why she stayed with the actor despite his alleged abusive behavior.

Explosive new details are surfacing about an affair Larry King's estranged wife had with the kids' baseball trainer; including sex in Larry's own bed and almost being caught red-handed by her own children.

A TV promo released to RadarOnline.com shows Entertainment Tonight reporter Samantha Harris asking: “Did you have an affair with Larry King’s wife?” And, former baseball trainer Hector Penate answers “Yes, I did.”
As RadarOnline.com first reported a source says that Larry fired Penate in 2008 when he found out about the affair, despite the fact that his two children “idolized Hector.”

The ET promo also describes the connection between Hector and the country singer. Penate says “We got back in the car and we kinda locked eyes and just started kissing.”

Here's an excerpt from the ET interview:
ET: Did you have sex in Larry Kings house?
Hector: Yes, I did.
ET: Did you have sex in Larry King's bed?
Hector: Yes, I did.
ET: Did that kind of creep you out at all?
Hector: I didn't even think about that to be honest with you. I never thought that would be his bed. I never felt awkward, because I felt like I was in my house. In some weird way I was there so much. Sometimes to be honest with you-- he was on TV--- his show was on while this was happening.
ET: Larry King"s show was on the TV screen when you were with his wife in his bed?
Hector: Yes. He makes her watch the show so that he can review-- like he can check up on her make sure she watched the show. And he's say how did i do?
Sometimes Larry's children would sleepwalk into the bedroom while Hector was there. The interview continues:
Hector: I would dive off and not let them see me or anything like that. Poor kids and then she'd come walk them back to bed. Then I'd come back in bed.
ET: Do you think the kids knew about your relationship with their mother?
Hector: Unfortunately they did, she let the know that I was in love with her. She told the kids flat out.
Hector says one of the children confronted him "The kid would ask me 'Hector are you in love with my mom? Are you getting in the middle of my mom and my dad?'"
He goes on to say "I fell in love with a woman but that doesn't mean her kids had to suffer."
When asked point blank, “Did Shawn know about this affair Larry was having allegedly with his sister-in-law.” He answered, “of course.” Our source claims that Shawn was so distraught by the affair between Larry and her sister that it was one of the causes of her depression and the start of her drug dependency issues.

Oprah Winfrey did what she does best. She mediated a dispute-but this time it involved her. Oprah has settled a defamation lawsuit filed against her and didn't even need her lawyers to do it, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Oprah settled a suit against her by the former headmistress of her Leadership Academy in South Africa.
Oprah Winfrey Sued Over Accusations Of Sex On Her Private Jet
The lawyers for both Oprah and Lerato Nomyuyo Mzamane told ET, "The two parties met woman to woman without their lawyers and are happy that they could resolve this dispute peacefully to their mutual satisfaction." In Oprah's deposition she said "she did not intent the implications placed on her words by the plaintiff." And, Mzamane testified "she has no evidence that Ms. Winfrey knowingly made a false statement about her."

In 2007 Winfrey's school in South Africa was at the center of a sex-abuse scandal in which dorm matron, Virginia Makopo, was charged with 13 counts of indecent assault, assault and criminal injury against six girls at the academy.

The lawyer for Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller is denying a report that she is in rehab.
She is undergoing treatment at a drug and alcohol rehab center in North Carolina, according to Entertainment Tonight.
But Brooke's attorney denies the report and says she is at a place that takes care of patients recovering from serious illnesses.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed with several sources that rehab-grad Mueller has been partying again in recent weeks.

After many, many denials to the contrary Jon Gosselin is finally admitting to ripping off funds from his and Kate's joint bank account.

Kate had accused Jon of removing more than $230,000, and Tuesday in a Pennsylvania court a judge ordered Jon to pay back $180,000 by their next court date of October 26th.

Now, in an interview with ET's Diane Dimond Gosselin fesses up to pilfering $155,000, but still insists that he did nothing wrong, and also claims he only did what Kate herself did.
Inside Jon And Kate's Hearing
"Well, it was just after arbitration, we weren't supposed to take money out of the restrictive account and we both did," he tells Diane. "I was found in contempt for doing so, I didn't realize, I was just like taking my paycheck out."
And when it comes to how much he claims Kate has taken?
"It's unaccounted for," he says. "So by Friday, we'll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don't know what's going on."

According to the judgment from Wednesday's hearing Kate has to provide accounting records for $55,000 that she claims she withdrew for "household expenses".
When asked by Dimond if Jon wanted to approach Kate in court Wednesday and tell her they could work it all out together, Jon replied, "I thought about doing that, but you know, in a public setting as a public figure you have to watch what you say and do."

In a tense interview with ET's Mary Hart on Monday Jon and Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin was grilled about his recent actions, including attempting to shut down the hit show and allegedly wiping out the family's bank account.
Kate Files Motion To Get $230k Back From Jon
When Hart asked Gosselin if he had left his family "without the ability to pay for the roof over their head and or to put food on the table", a visibly agitated Jon shot back with a denial, claiming he pays $7,500 a month for "the kids, utilities, two mortgages and everything else that needs to be paid."

When asked if he was concerned at all that he was not going to be as sympathetic as Kate and that he's not going to win, an adamant Jon replied that "right now my kids are coming off the TV."
