An attorney for Michael Lohan’s ex-fiancée, Erin Muller, has filed a federal subpoena against a web site after it posted naked photos of her, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The court document was served to TheDirty.com, a web site which published a set of provocative and nude photos showing Muller in compromising positions.

I anticipate that on Monday, Michael Lohan will have no more criminal cases to deal with.”

As if he doesn’t already have enough health issues to worry about, Michael Lohan says he’s now getting threats from his ex-fiance’s…well, ex-fiance. Sound confusing? Lohan told RadarOnline.com that his bitter legal battle with Erin Muller has been made worse by her former fiancé, Joe Clements, who has gotten involved and is allegedly sending him threatening text messages.

RadarOnline.com obtained some of the text messages that Lohan claims Clements sent him. In one, Clements thinks Lohan is watching his every move and even says he wishes Lindsay’s dad would have another heart attack.
“I even catch a shadow and you’ll pray for a heart attack,” the message reads. “Stay the (bleep) away from me or you will suffer…far worse than you can imagine.” Another text says, "One more thing, stay the (bleep) away. U have no idea. U said it yourself. U will thank me for the friendly advice. STAY THE (bleep) AWAY."

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Michael says: “If this doesn’t stop, the recordings will be filed with more charges. AGAIN, I don’t want that. I don’t need it and neither does Erin, but it seems the people around her continue to wreak havoc. If Joe wants Erin, God bless them. Maybe they should stop posting comments on blogs saying they are together so I can stop being accused falsely of following them on GPS systems. I have better and more valuable things to do with my life. All I want is to be left alone and to have some peace!”

Everyone is getting dragged into the bitter spat between Michael Lohan and ex-fiance Erin Muller - including the couple's innocent pet dog, Riley.
For the first time, RadarOnline.com can reveal Lohan recently failed in a small claims action against Muller.
He was seeking $2800 in damages.
The details of the claim, as he set forth in the complaint to the Suffolk County District Court, stated: "Erin Muller and I lived together at her residence and prior/while I was moving out, she took/stole Jewelry, clothing (belonging to me and gifts for my daughter) as well as an $800 dog I bought which she won't return."

Erin Muller, the embattled ex-fiance of Michael Lohan, has broken her silence in an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, revealing she is considering dropping their bitter legal battle because of his recent health scare.
"With all of his health problems, I am concerned that if I don't drop the charges he is going to continue obsessing over me, and this case to the point that he may have another heart attack and die," Muller said in an email to RadarOnline.com.

Michael Lohan has released an audio tape exclusively to RadarOnline.com which he says proves that his ex-fiance Erin Muller broke the restraining order against her, ultimately leading to her arrest on Thursday.

My REAL attorney, Randy Zelin, who tries to avoid as much exposure for me as he can, continues to try with Konoski, but just in case they continue on their path, we are preparing subpoenas that will lead to another 3 or 4 felony federal or state charges and I am hiring another attorney that handles civil actions which I will pursue as well.”

Lohan continues, “Then we will see, who's been and is telling the truth. Even the police and other authorities I have spoken to agree that the only way to end this is through some type of mediation.
I am sorry for all of this, I even felt sick thinking of Erin being in jail because I have been there myself and it’s no place a person wants anyone to be, but they continue to leave us no other choice.”
