Debbie Rowe Squares Off In Court Against Paparazzo

Debbie Rowe, the baby mama to Michael Jackson's two oldest children, squared off Wednesday morning in a Lancaster small claims courtroom against Ed Frommer, a photographer that is suing her.

Frommer claims that Rowe has made statements to the press that have made it unable for him to find work again.
The incident that sparked the small claims case was captured on video on July 5th, 2009, just days after Michael Jackson died. Rowe was leaving a restaurant and had a run-in with several members of the paparazzi on the scene, she said, "are you ready to get your butt kicked? Don't f**king touch me!"

Under California law, the most Frommer can get from Rowe is $10k. The judge took the case under advisement and will be issuing his ruling at a later time.

This is the 911 call made by Ed Frommer, the paparazzo suing Michael Jackson's ex wife Debbie Rowe, following a threatening incident that occurred on November 22nd in Lancaster CA.

Ed Frommer, the photographer who recently filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe, was viciously attacked Monday night RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Frommer was attacked by 3 or 4 men around 11pm in Lancaster, CA.
Debbie Rowe Files Lawsuit Against Her Friend
Frommer filed a lawsuit against Rowe on November 17th following a July 5th altercation where Rowe threatened photographers that were following her. Frommer claims that Rowe lied about him to cops, accusing him of scratching her, grabbing her arm, and hitting her in the back. Frommer claims that he didn’t scratch Debbie, and that all of the other physical contact was unintentional. He’s asking for $7,500 in damages.

In the days after Michael Jackson died, Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael's two oldest children, was besieged by the media and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Ed Frommer, a photographer has filed a lawsuit in small claims court against her.
On July 5th, 2009, Rowe was caught on videotape as she was leaving a restaurant telling photographers that she thought were getting to close to her, "Are you you ready to get your butt kicked? Don't f**king touch me!" Frommer was there when Rowe had the run-in because a photo credit with his name ran in newspapers on photos he took that day of Rowe.

Under California law, small claims judgments are limited to damages under $10k. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday and the first court hearing is scheduled for January 6, 2010.
