ABC isn’t exactly burning them at the stake -- still it’s curtains for the witches of Eastwick. The network has announced it’s cancelling the Wednesday night series, based on the popular John Updike 1984 novel The Witches Of Eastwick, which was turned into a film the following year.
The TV show, which stars Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Price and Sara Rue, will continue filming, to finish out the network's order for 13 episodes, only ten of which have been taped, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Just in time for Halloween, RadarOnline.com caught up Sara Rue, Lindsay Price and Rebecca Romijn, the stars of the ABC’s new supernatural series, Eastwick, backstage at Tuesday night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars.
Rue told our Tina Malave she enjoyed, in a recent episode of Eastwick, a kissing scene she shared with Price, a beautiful soap opera vet-turned-prime-time diva.

It was a pleasant surprise when news dropped that Rebecca Romijn would join the TV update of The Witches of Eastwick.
Yet, after appearing at Comic-Con on Friday, its her body just six months after giving birth to twins that has cast a spell on us.
The Amazonian model-turned-actress looks svelte and camera-ready for Eastwick, in which she'll play a feisty, bohemian single mother named Roxie.
Photos of the new mom, who shares her twins with actor Jerry O'Connell, hitting the gym just weeks after the delivery left the promise of her getting back in model shape.

On Modern Family, everyone gets together for the over-the-top birthday bash that Claire and Phil are throwing for Luke. The best is Cameron agreeing to put on some make-up (shocker) and make an appearance as Fizbo the Clown! On Cougartown, Jules hosts Thanksgiving dinner where she meets Travis’ girlfriend and Bobby and Grayson discover that they have a common bond.
