The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries has turned into an all-out war, and Star magazine has exclusively learned that Kris is taking aim at the Kardashians by threatening to sue the E! network.

According to a production insider, Kris wants his $28,500 per episode salary doubled to $50,000 and will retaliate by suing the cable network if they don't adhere to his demands.

"Kris is freaking out about his finances, even though the NBA lockout has ended," the insider revealed.

“This was a great scene to catch on camera, lol it being the second time getting a tattoo on the inside of my lip I kind of knew it was going to hurt. But you can't really scream or complain because then are holding you lip down and you can't move lol. He has one too that says "J N" so I wonder what he is going to change his into . In future episodes I plan on getting more tattoos ;) in interesting ways and places lol "
