Al Pacino's daughter Julie Marie was arrested for drunk driving Saturday morning, RadarOnline.com has confirmed with the NYPD.

The 21-year-old aspiring producer/director was pulled over at 1:04 am in Lower Manhattan because the California tags on the 2009 Mercedes she was driving were expired.

Cops suspected she'd been drinking, and administered a Breathalyzer exam.  Pacino blew over the legal limit and she was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).

She was transferred to the Manhattan Detention Center where she was processed and released.

Pacino was "fully cooperative" throughout it all, an officer tells us.

After his latest run-in with the law –- which landed him behind bars on Monday -- RadarOnline.com has learned that the burly reality-TV dad won’t be getting his drivers license back until 2012.

Furthermore, he will be forced to install an Ignition Interlock Device in his car which acts much like a breathalyzer.

It’s been a year of setbacks for the Giudice family, after already having filed for bankruptcy.

In January Joe was charged with driving under the influence when he crashed his car into a telephone pole. After being treated at the hospital, he was released to the police due to outstanding warrants.

Joe was fined $864, had his license revoked for 12 months and was sentenced to 30 days of community service.

According to the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, Joe had his license suspended again in April for “racking up too many points” -- with his record showing a whopping 44 points.

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, Joe was pulled over again on May 17 for driving with a suspended license, which led to a judge ordering him to serve 10 days in jail.

But after his stint in completed September 29, his driving drama still isn’t over.

Mike Horan of the New Jersey DMV confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Joe isn’t eligible to get his license back until June of 2012.

His driving privileges will only be returned if he’s in compliance with paying his surcharges; a total that could amount to thousands of dollars.

Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, the husband of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was sentenced to jail on Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

A judge sentenced Joe to ten days in prison and Joe is expected to begin his sentence next week. According to the document obtained by RadarOnline.com exclusively, he was also fined $1,000 and his license is suspended for at least another year. Oddly, the court action document does not list Giudice's name. Sources tell RadarOnline.com that the reason for the jail time is because Joe drove with a suspended license.
