Aaron Carter returned to the set of Dancing With the Stars Monday night, and gave RadarOnline.com a special message for his ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan: Sober up.
“We were a couple... I wish the best for her,” said Carter, who told RadarOnline.com's Tina Malave his message for Lohan is to "sober up and get your life straight.
"It's very hard to see, someone who I was close with, we dated at one point, and all of a sudden she is the center of the Hollywood soap opera," Carter, who has stayed out of trouble since his own arrest on drug charges two years ago, told RadarOnline.com.

Lindsay Lohan was a no-show for her court date Thursday in Los Angeles, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that the prosecutor in the case wants proof that Lindsay had a plane ticket to return to the U.S. before claiming her passport was stolen.
Danette Meyers, the district attorney handling the case, told RadarOnline.com exclusively: “I will be asking Judge [Marsha] Revel to have Lindsay and her lawyer bring her plane ticket -- which would prove that she planned on being here in court today.”

Michael Lohan's attorney Lisa Bloom told The CBS Early Show Monday that she's sent a letter on his behalf to the judge overseeing Lindsay Lohan's ongoing case, stating that he wants Lindsay sent to rehab, not jail, should she be found in violation of her probation.

While Lindsay and mom Dina have said that the Mean Girls star has no such problems that would require rehab, Bloom said that Michael believes the issue Lindsay specifically needs help with is prescription drug abuse, and that he's already hand-picked a residential rehab center in the family's hometown of Long Island, New York where he wants her to be treated.

Lindsay Lohan did her due diligence in showing up to her DUI classes Wednesday afternoon; by Wednesday evening and into the wee hours of Thursday morning, she was back to painting the town red, as RadarOnline.com has obtained pics of the Mean Girls star leaving Las Palmas Night Club in Hollywood.

Earlier in the day, Lohan said she would be "supporting a friend" associated with the club by fitting the Las Palmas staff with selections from her 6126 clothing line.
"We're actually dressing all the staff and the waitresses, which is really exciting," Lohan said. "I'm supporting a friend, so off to work -- work, work, work, work, work!"
