EXCLUSIVE: Paris Hilton Conflicted Over Doug Reunion

Doug Reinhardt took to his official Twitter this week to let the world know Paris Hilton was in his arms once again--but a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com that the heiress is "extremely confused."
"Paris doesn't know what to do about Doug," the insider tells us.
"She has a soft spot in her heart for Doug, but her sister Nicky hates him--they don't get along at all."
Her sister's disapproval weighs on the blonde, but that hasn't stopped her from low-key visits with Reinhardt, hanging out at their respective homes and watching movies.
Aside from the family snag, the source says Doug has impressed Hilton by changing his by changing his ways.
"Doug stepped up his game plan to win her back while she was in Dubai filming her reality show. He was constantly calling her, proclaiming his love for her and showering her with gifts. He really proved himself to her," a source close to the pair tells us.
Reinhardt vanished from the scene in a pointed effort to show Hilton he was serious about his feelings, not looking to grace magazine covers.
"[Paris] really wanted someone out of the Hollywood scene and he did just that. He never went out, not even once! and chose to stay at his parents house in Laguna Beach to train and work out every single day," the source said.
"That really impressed her and showed her that he was mature, respectful and serious about the way he felt about her."

Raffi Nernekian was arrested in the United Arab Emirates this week after getting into an argument over a t-shirt he was wearing which depicted a nude Victoria Beckham with only the words “Protect the Skin You’re In” and her hands covering key private parts.
The t-shirt was made by celebrity favorite designer Marc Jacobs and was aimed to raise money for a skin cancer research project at New York University. Supermodel Naomi Campbell and actress Winona Ryder also posed for the campaign.
Nernekian- who worked as a brand manager at one of Jacobs’ local agents- said he got the shirt from his brother who returned from a trip to New York. After being approached by a man in a bakery, Nernekian left to change but found police waiting for him on his return.
He has been jailed for offending public decency for a month and will be deported after serving his sentence despite having lived in Dubai for five years. Dubai had issued an updated version of its codes of conduct saying: “clothing shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures and slogans.”
