Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, denies personally accusing the R&B superstar of using drugs in the custody battle over their two sons, Star magazine has learned exclusively.

While reports indicated she'd said the A-list singer has popped pills in front of their boys -- Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3 -- Tameka steadfastly denies making such claims, or requesting that he take a drug test.

“I never accused him of drugs,” Tameka, who's fighting for sole custody, told Star exclusively. “My attorneys requested the test, not me. I’m merely in defense mode."

After a tumultuous year that includes a stint in rehab and a failed drug test Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans seems to be getting her life back on track and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she has passed every single drug test in the last two and a half months.

“Jenelle is doing really well,” her attorney Dustin Sullivan told RadarOnline.com, after appearing for his client in court in North Carolina on Wednesday.  Jenelle was not required to appear in court and doesn’t have to appear again until November 29 for her probation violation where she had a positive drug test. 

“She is getting drug tested once a week and she has passed every single test for the last two and a half months,” Sullivan said.  As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jenelle was arrested after failing a July 15 drug test.

If Brooke Mueller tests positive for drugs, or does not report for her mandatory random drug test Thursday morning, Charlie Sheen will seek custody of their 2-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

A legal source close to Sheen tells RadarOnline.com: "Charlie will absolutely ask the court to take immediate action if Brooke fails the test, or refuses to do the drug test.

Friends of Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be-ex-wife Brooke Mueller are worried that she relapsed into drugs!

The 33-year-old Mueller just made a round of phone calls to ask if they'd give her urine samples, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Mueller found out early Thursday that she'd have to report to a Los Angeles testing facility to provide a urine sample. So, about 6:15 a.m. PT, Mueller was frantically calling friends most likely to be "clean," babbling about not wanted to lose her kids and begging for their pee.

Brooke Mueller is instructing her lawyers to formally request that Charlie Sheen's "goddesses" submit to drug tests when he is given access to their children again, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"Brooke doesn't want the girlfriends around her sons," the source said. "One is a porn star, and the other is a marijuana magazine cover model. Brooke is seeking to control who is around the boys when Charlie has custodial time with them."

Sheen, 45, had three vials of blood tested by a court-certified toxicology laboratory for the following panel of drugs: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, cocaine metabolite, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine, propoxyphene and ethyl alcohol.

The embattled Two and a Half Men star had three vials of blood drawn from his left arm by a technician from a court-certified toxicology laboratory on Saturday afternoon.

The firm which was engaged by RadarOnline.com to administer urine and blood tests, after the star accepted our challenge to prove once and for all whether he was clean and sober after his hit CBS program was halted.

The results are expected to be delivered to RadarOnline.com as soon as Sunday night or Monday morning.

As we first revealed, Sheen earlier passed an over-the-counter home urine drug test.

That test was administered before three RadarOnline.com staffers to ensure it could not be compromised.

The First Check test, which is said to be 99% accurate, examines a subject for seven illicit drugs and five prescription drugs.

These include (illicit) marijuana, cocaine, opiates, methamphetamines, ecstasy, amphetamines, phencyclidine (PCP)  and (prescription) tricyclic antidepressants, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone and oxycodone.

The test can detect marijuana for up to 40 days, phencyclidine up to 14 days and cocaine, methamphetamine and ecstasy up to four days.

The test result for marijuana had a lighter 'drug line' than the control line, which according to test, doesn't mean a drug was present.

"Any line next to the word drug, no matter how dark or light, is considered a Negative Result and no further testing is required," the tester notes declare.
