Troubled former NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf is admitting to some "mistakes" following his arrest on burglary and drug charges.

“I’ve made some mistakes and have no excuse,” Leaf said in a statement. “I am using the tools I’ve learned to move forward rather than backwards... I am confident that there will be further understanding when the facts are revealed.”

80’s pop singer El DeBarge was arrested in Los Angeles for possession of narcotics with intent to sell on Monday.

Eldra DeBarge was arrested at 2pm PT in Encino, California was taken into custody and was released from jail after posting a $30,000 bail.

Former child actor Taran Noah Smith -- best known for playing Mark Taylor, the youngest of Tim Allen’s three sons on ABC’s Home Improvement -- has been arrested for DUI and possession of drugs, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Smith, 27, was stopped by police in Burbank, California at approximately 1 a.m. Wednesday on suspicion of driving drunk.

While questioning Smith, police found hash in his possession.

He was booked for felony drug possession and the DUI and remains in custody as of early Wednesday.

The Los Angeles District Attorney charged Tamika Cottle, the wife of rapper T.I., with a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance on Friday, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Last month, Cottle and T.I. were pulled over in Los Angeles on a traffic stop when authorities smelled marijuana. Police also found pills in their car.

According to papers filed Friday, ecstasy was found in the vehicle.

"On or about September 1, 2010, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, in violation of HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 11377(a), a Misdemeanor, was committed by TAMEKA DIANNE COTTLE, who did unlawfully possess a controlled substance, to wit, MDMA, ECSTASY," the legal document read.

Her arraignment is set for Monday, November 1, in Beverly Hills.

Cottle does not have to appear.

Paris Hilton has been arrested on a cocaine charge in Las Vegas, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Police say the hotel heiress was arrested for possession of cocaine after officers stopped the car she was travelling in outside the Wynn hotel late on Friday night.

That car, a black Cadillac Escalade, was driven by Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits, who was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

A spokesman says officers stopped the vehicle when they noticed what they suspected to be marijuana smoke coming from it.

During an inspection of the car, cops found what appeared to be a controlled substance on Hilton and tests showed that it was cocaine.

The celebrity party gal was booked into the Clark County Detention Centre early on Saturday morning on one charge of possession of cocaine.

Hilton was released on her own recognizance shortly after 2am local time.
