Michael Jackson's final business manager Dr. Tohme Tohme has been described as mysterious and a man with a murky past. And now RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that he once filed for bankruptcy.

Tohme is Lebanese and does not practice as a medical doctor in the U.S. His close connection to Jackson and the limited information about his background have caused some to describe him as mysterious. But he told the Associated Press: "I hate the words 'mystery man'. I'm a private man."
