Dr Phil's son, Jay McGraw, has been accused of destroying a man's life after tricking him onto his show to exploit a condition that left him with a disfigured penis, Star magazine has exclusively learned.

In 2010, Tyler Bowling, 24, took Jay's production company, Stage 29, to court accusing the company of working with a cosmetic surgeon to bully him into appearing on the show The Doctors and strong arming him to reveal his embarrassing condition to a studio audience and thousands of viewers.

Tyler claims after years of suffering from the condition Pearly Penile Papules -- which the court papers describe as "not dangerous (but) unsightly and emotionally destabilizing," he reached out to cosmetic surgeon Dr. William Groff for laser treatment.

By Alexis Tereszcuk - Radar Senior Reporter

Rebecca Zahau's body is going to be exhumed and Dr. Phil is paying for the procedure, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Rebecca's tragic death was ruled a suicide after her body was found hanged with her hands and feet bound, at her billionaire boyfriend Jonah Shacknai's historic Spreckles mansion in San Diego.

The death occurred just days after Jonah’s six-year-old son Max had an accident in the home, while under Rebecca’s care, that turned out to be fatal.

As RadarOnline.com has exclusively reported, Rebecca's family does not believe she committed suicide and have insisted that she was murdered,
and now Dr. Phil McGraw is going to have her body exhumed from her grave in Missouri and retested for any more evidence of foul play.

By Alexis Tereszcuk - Radar Senior Reporter

Bristol Palin wrote in her book that Levi Johnston “stole” her virginity, but in a new interview her baby daddy slammed her version of the story.

“It didn’t happen like that,” the 21-year-old Alaskan told Dr. Phil about Bristol saying they drank wine coolers and then Levi “stole” her virginity while she was drunk.

“That was about the only hurtful thing she’s called me so far,” he said on the show that aired Tuesday. “Obviously she’s not using the date rape thing, but it’s horrifying for someone you date for four years to say that.”

He also revealed, with more than a little touch of sadness, that he thinks Casey might one day have a relationship again with her mother and brother, but thinks it is unlikely he and his daughter will be able to reconcile.

The talk show doc asked Cindy Anthony to explain her on-the-stand claim that it was she, and not Casey, who had researched chloroform on the Internet.

The prosecution claimed Casey had drugged her daughter Caylee before suffocating her, and that a search of chloroform had been found on her computer.  Cindy testified that it was she, not Casey who had done the research, and for reasons that had nothing to do with murdering little Caylee.

And even though it lost its case against Casey, the state of Florida isn't done with her yet. As RadarOnline.com reported last week, Anthony has been ordered to repay the state more than $97,000 towards the cost of searching for Casey.

The episode of Dr. Phil airs Monday.

By Alexis Tereszcuk - Radar Senior Reporter

Casey Anthony has been ordered by a judge to pay the state of Florida  $97,676.98 toward the costs from the investigation into her missing daughter, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Orange County Judge Belvin Perry ruled on Thursday that Anthony, 25, must pay the costs since she was convicted of lying about Caylee’s disappearance to law enforcement and causing them to look for her missing daughter when she knew that the toddler was already dead.

Casey’s defense team claimed in the opening arguments of her trial that Caylee accidentally drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008 and then said she told lies to cover up her death.

VIDEO: Before Being Sued For Attack, Dr. Phil Featured His Dog On Show & Admitted Questionable Behavior

Posted on Feb 06, 2011 @ 03:00AM - 15 comments

It looks like Dr. Phil might need a house call from the Dog Whisperer, as the TV shrink finds his dog in the middle of controversy, accused of biting a pal and causing significant injuries.

And while that situation has led to a lawsuit, as RadarOnline.com was first to report, we’ve found video of Dr. Phil admitting that he and wife Robin allow the dog to sleep with them every night even though they know that’s not a good idea.

PHOTOS: Dr. Phil Shaves Off His Mustache

Dr Phil’s beloved dog Maggie is at the center of a multi-million dollar lawsuit, after the talk show host’s former best friend accused the Korean Jindo of attacking her and causing significant injuries.

The 60-year star and Robin are avid dog lovers – so much so that they are willing to share their bed with their adopted pup, something that Dr Phil admits: “a lot of people say isn’t a great idea”.

You can watch the video of Dr. Phil discussing his dog, here on RadarOnline.com.

On a past episode of his show, entitled Am I The Only One? Dr Phil brought Maggie on stage during a segment where he was offering advice to a viewer that was arguing with her husband about their dog sleeping in their bed.

Confessing that “I’m pretty much a dog guy” he goes on to share that “Maggie sleeps with us every night.”

He then goes on to say: “A lot of people say it isn’t a great idea to have a dog sleep with you – and I’ll tell you why.

“Because they say dogs have a pack mentality and so the leader of the pack, which I hope is one of us, is supposed to be higher than the other members of the pack when they sleep and they say it can confuse dogs.”

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, their former friend, Janet Harris filed a suit against the couple on Wednesday, for personal injuries and damages after Maggie allegedly attacked her at their Beverly Hills mansion.
