Dr. Conrad Murray has a better chance of being struck by lightening, than getting probation for killing Michael Jackson, according to a source, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Reports circulated yesterday that Conrad Murray's lawyers were going to ask Judge Michael Pastor to sentence Murray to probation at the convicted felon's sentencing hearing on November 29, 2011 for killing Michael Jackson.

The King of Pop died on June 25, 2009 from acute Propfol intoxication.

"Conrad Murray's lawyers can ask that their client be given probation, but he has a better chance of being struck by lightening than the judge granting their request,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “The fact that Judge Pastor remanded Murray into custody immediately following his conviction, well, that was clearly a sign to the defense that Judge Pastor will most likely impose the full four year prison sentence to the convicted killer.”

Conrad Murray Trial: Prosecutor Calls Defense Arguments ‘Junk Science’

Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told jurors during closing arguments that Dr. Conrad Murray's defense in the Michael Jackson death trial was based on "junk science.”

Judge Michael Pastor read preliminary jury instructions to the jury and shortly after 9:30 a.m., Walgren began final summation. "The evidence in this case is overwhelmingly, abundantly clear that Conrad Murray acted with criminal negligence, that Conrad Murray caused the death of Michael Jackson, that Conrad Murray left Prince, Paris and Blanket without a father," Walgren asserted.

The DA blasted the defense's star witness, Dr. Paul White. Mincing no words, he said, "What Dr. White presented was garbage science. It's junk science, and it was disappointing that he came in here said the things he did." Walgren took issue with Dr. White's changing theories throughout the case about how Michael Jackson died.

Dr. Conrad Murray's star defense witness at the Michael Jackson death trial, Dr. Paul White, admitted that lawyers for the embattled cardiologist commissioned a study in which Beagle dogs were given Propofol, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Murray's lawyers were forced to abandon the theory that Michael Jackson had orally ingested the Propofol because test findings found that it was highly unlikely that someone could die from ingesting Propofol.

Under blistering questioning from Deputy District Attorney David Walgren, Dr. White said, "The testing was done on the Beagles last summer. It was a negative study, and the results were never published.”

The anesthesiologist who testified Michael Jackson likely injected himself with the fatal dose of propofol will be cross-examined in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray Monday, and RadarOnline.com will be live streaming the hearing starting at 8:45 am PT/11:45 am ET.

Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney David Walgren and his team took the weekend to prepare to grill Dr. Paul White, who testified last week that the late King of Pop probably gave himself a 25-milligram dose of propofol between 11:30 a.m. and noon on June 25, 2009, the day he died.

White on Friday said that the amount of drugs found in Jackson's stomach, blood and urine indicated the Thriller singer quickly injected himself with propofol and swallowed a large dose of lorazepam while Murray was out of the room.

"Ed didn't like the way Michael was handling the prosecution witnesses. Ed felt that Michael was too abrasive and caustic with his questioning, and that Michael allowed witnesses to clarify points that only helped the prosecution's case. Things were getting very tense, and he's moved into a hotel in Santa Monica," a source close to Dr. Murray tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
